Abstract
Device for the automatic elimination of ill-smelling fumes, for water closets and similar, comprising an aspirator (1) with an aspiration mouth (5) that may be applied to the lower part of the cover T of the WC to lead the ill-smelling fumes to the external ambient through outlet (3).
Description
A DEVICE FOR THE AUTOMATIC ELIMINATION OF ILL-SMELLING FUMES, FOR WATER CLOSETS AND SIMILAR
The present invention concerns a device for the automatic elimination of ill- smelling fumes, for water closets and similar.
It is well known that, with the evolution of costume and technology, the bathroom has become always more luxurious, with plenty of optional and very expensive; nevertheless, the problem of the fumes coming from the hygienic utilities during use and which often remain in th bathroom with unpleasant effects.
It is the aim of the present invention to definitively solve above mentioned inconvenience by means of a device consisting of an electric aspirator with a mouth shaped in such a way as to be housed below the cover of the water closet and airtight connected to the external ambient, so as to lead the fumes from the internal ambient to the atmosphere, thus preventing their spreading and the stagnation.
The electric aspirator according to the present invention is operated by an automatic sensor each time a user makes use of the WC, for any kind of use.
The advantage of the device according to the present invention is evident.
The device according to the present invention will be explained more in detail hereinbelow relating to the enclosed drawings in which some embodiments are shown.
Figure 1 shows an axonometric view of the installation of a device for the automatic elimination of ill-smelling fumes, for water closets and similar, according to the present invention.
Figure 2 shows the application of the device according to figure 1.
Figure 3 shows a functional scheme of the complete device.
Figure 4 shows an application variant of the device according to the present invention.
The enclosed figures show a device for the automatic elimination of ill- smelling fumes, for water closets and similar, comprising:
- an aspirator 1 that may be applied to a wall or in any other place by means of a pipe 2 connected with an outlet opening 3, in correspondence with the external ambient or with a column for the outlet into the atmosphere, and with a flexible aspiration pipe 4;
- an aspiration mouth 5 connected with said pipe 4 and shaped so as to be applied, by gluing or other system, to the lower part of the cover T and above the upper surface of the WC, in one of the spaced between the supporting extroversion 6;
- a device with a photoelectric cell 7, fixed near the WC so as to get operated by the presence of the user on the WC for any kind of use, so as to automatically determine the operating of said aspirator 1 and to lead the ill-smelling fumes from the mouth 5 to the external ambient through outlet 3.
Furthermore, the device according to the present invention provides a timer inserted into the circuit of said cell 7, that will determine the interruption of the feeding and therefore the working of said aspirator 1 , only after a predetermined time period, so as to keep the device efficient at the end of use.
The working of the device for the automatic elimination of ill-smelling fumes, for water closets and similar according to the present invention is evident: during use of the WC the presence of the user has been sensed by the photoelectric cell 7, which determines the connection of said aspirator 1 to the net or to an independent feeding system, for obviating possible black-outs; through a mouth 5 and pipes 2 and 4, the fumes inside the WC are led to the external atmosphere.
Claims
1. A device for the automatic elimination of ill-smelling fumes, for water closets and similar, characterized in: - an aspirator (1) that may be applied to a wail or in any other place by means of a pipe (2) connected with an outlet opening (3), in correspondence with the external ambient or with a column for the outlet into the atmosphere, and with an aspiration pipe (4);
- an aspiration mouth (5) connected with said pipe (4) and shaped so as to be applied, by gluing or other system, to the lower part of the cover (T) and above the upper surface of the WC, in one of the spaced between the supporting extroversion (6);
- a device with a photoelectric cell (7), laterally fixed near the WC so as to get operated by the presence of the user on the water closet for any kind of use, so as to automatically determine the operating of said aspirator (1) and to lead the ill-smelling fumes from the mouth (5) to the external ambient through outlet (3).
2. A device according to claim 1 , characterized in the presence of an independent electric feeding system so as to obviate to possible blackouts.
3. A device according to claim 1 , characterized in the presence of a timer inserted into the circuit of said cell (7) that will determine the interruption of the feeding and therefore the working of said aspirator (1) only after a predetermined time period. A device according to claim 1, characterized in that it is installed through an opening (8) directly realized in the structure of the water closet so as to be independent from a possible replacement of said cover (T).
