The invention relates to an internet addressing-system comprising addresses having a top level domain name and a second level domain name. The addresses include a unique code for each internet-user, which code comprises the postal area code of the concerning internet-use. The unique code comprises the house number of the home address at which the internet-user resides.

The invention relates to an internet addressing-system comprising addresses having a top level domain name and a second level domain name .
The known internet addressing-system is in use for many years. The internet's top level domain name refers to either a country of origin or relates to a common denominator of the type of information that is accessible at addresses using such a top level domain name . Top level domain names relating to a country of origin include a two-letter code referring to the concerning country. Top level domain names referring to a certain species are, for instance, COM for commercial enterprises, ORG for noncommercial organisations, and NET for companies or organisations having a relation to internet. Also known top level domain names are GOV for government, EDU for educational purposes, and MIL for military purposes. The second level domain name comes in front of the top level domain name, and individualises the address of the type defined by the top level domain name . National authorities strive on improving their share in what nowadays is called the global economy. In this respect, activities in connection with the internet enjoy a special interest. The problem with internet, however, is that with growing attention and corresponding de- velopment of internet sites, the number of available internet addresses is limited. Furthermore, at least under some top level domain names, the adoption of an internet site by a private person is not allowed.
It is the object of the invention to address these problems and to propose a new internet addressing- system by means of which every internet-user can be reached and is addressable for messages and information of interest .

Claims

1. Internet addressing-system comprising addresses having a top level domain name and a second level domain name, characterized in that the addresses include a unique code for each internet-user, which code comprises the postal area code of the concerning internet-user.
2. Internet addressing-system according to claim 1, characterized in that the unique code comprises the house number of the home address at which the internet- user resides.
