Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système de décompte des temps et des points permettant à un spectateur de suivre une pluralité de variables se rapportant à divers participants d'une course. Ce système comporte un contrôleur et un appareil de contrôle tenu à la main. Le contrôleur fait un suivi et une surveillance de la pluralité de variables telles que le nombre de pilotes, le temps au tour du pilote, le classement instantané, et le nombre de tours de chaque pilote. Le contrôleur diffuse alors par radio un signal contenant cette information. L'appareil de contrôle que le spectateur tient à la main contient un dispositif intégré de radiocommunication permettant de recevoir ce signal. Cela permet à l'appareil de contrôle d'avoir accès à la totalité des variables se rapportant aux différents participants de la course. L'information peut alors s'afficher sur un écran de visualisation situé sur l'appareil de contrôle tenu à la main. L'invention permet également au spectateur de choisir le type d'information de course à afficher et le format à utiliser à cet effet.
