Abstract

Ein Interkonnektor (1') für eine Brennstoffzelle, derwelche Mittel (4) umfasst zur Steuerung chemischer Reaktionen, beispielsweise der Methan-Dampf-Reformierungsreaktion. Der Interkonnektor kann zur Aufnahme von Katalysatormaterial aufweisen. Durch eine gezielte chemische Reaktionen, z. B. die Methan-Dampf-Reformierungs-reaktion, am Interkonnektor katalysiert werden. Temperaturspitzen können abgebaut werden, und Lebendsdauer sowie Wirkungsgrad der Brennstoffzelle werden erhöht.
