Abstract

The invention relates to a method and a control programme for starting up a user connection of a communications facility. According to said method, when the start-up procedure is prepared, the user connection (P1) is released for the transmission of a user identification (ID) to the communications facility (PBX) and at least one operating instruction (AMO) is made available for configuring the user connection (P1) for later execution. A user identification (ID), once input, is transmitted to test equipment (SRV) that is allocated to the communications facility (PBX). The user authorisation to start up the user connection (P1) is verified with the help of said user identification (ID). The operating instruction (AMO) is executed, if the authorisation has been confirmed, by an operating device (SRV) that is allocated to the communications facility (PBX).
