Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un système permettant d'estimer la qualité de signaux dans un réseau de télécommunications mobile générant un écart estimé de qualité des signaux (32) entre des première et deuxième bandes de fréquences dans un réseau à accès multiple par répartition de code. Une station de base transmet un écart estimé de qualité des signaux vers une pluralité de stations mobiles dans le réseau AMRC. Au moins une des stations mobiles fonctionnant dans la première bande de fréquences effectue une mesure de la qualité de signaux actuelle (34) sur la première bande de fréquences et utilise la valeur mesurée avec l'écart estimé de qualité de signaux reçu en vue de calculer la qualité des signaux prévue pour la deuxième bande de fréquences (36).
