Abstract

La présente invention concerne une technique de réalisation d'étude d'association qui consiste à obtenir des informations relatives (i) à des polymorphismes génétiques et (ii) à des phénotypes qui sont présents dans la population d'un échantillon, à réaliser une analyse des haplotypes à partir des informations relatives aux polymorphismes génétiques de façon à déduire les haplotypes présents dans cette population, et à réaliser une analyse statistique de façon à détecter une corrélation entre les phénotypes et ces haplotypes déduits, déterminant ainsi s'il existe une association entre les polymorphismes et les phénotypes.
