Abstract

The invention is in form of an architecture which includes a number of layers which are defined by transaction interfaces which describe different transactions and roles for communicating units in telecommunication networks. It further consists of three different part architectures which cooperate with each other in the different layers and between the layers according to the relations, agreements and protocols which are registered in the included relation component which can be a transaction component (that is, agreements between parties or conditions), an information component and/or a technology component. Cooperation is made between these different types of objects with different functions and the objects exist in all layers.

1. Communication network in an architecture divided into a plurality of logical layers, including a plurality of communicating units which communicate according to transaction communication interfaces, where:
- the interfaces describe how the communicating units are functioning and how the the communicating units utilize the services in the network, - the network includes a connectivity layer including interconnecting functions according to a multipoint-to- ult point principle, at which the interconnecting functions are functioning as broker between network and the services .
2. Communication network as claimed in patent claim 1, at which the architecture defined layers are divided into three part architectures which cooperate with each other within and between the layers.
3. Communication network as claimed in patent claim 2, at which the part architectures include a transaction oriented architecture.
4. Communication network as claimed in patent claim 2, at which the part architectures include an information oriented architecture.
5. Communication network as claimed in patent claim 2, at which the part architectures include a technology oriented architecture.
6. Communication network as claimed in patent claim 5, at which the technology oriented architecture includes at least one of an IP-network, a fixed telephone network and a mobile communication network. 14
7. Communication network as claimed in patent claim 1, at which cooperation within and between the layers is executed according to relations, agreements and protocols which are registered in one in the transaction included relation component .
8. Communication network as claimed in patent claim 1, at which cooperation within and between the layers is executed according to relations, agreements and protocols which are registered in one in the transaction included acting party component.
