TECHNICAL FIELD
This invention of new pallet makes you to carry out fast and smooth delivery of goods, when you load and unload the products on the truck and keep the products in warehouse. In addition to that, this new pallet can be recycled and reduce the pollution of environment. We made reduction of pallets weight and reinforced the intensity so that you can decrease the transportation cost.
We invented lightweight assembly steel pallet to improve the problem caused by the loose bolts because of too much assembled parts, when you use the old pallet.
In case the old welding type pallets are damaged, you experienced to do away with them. We had also difficult in changing parts in old-fashioned pallets.
Meanwhile, you can easily change the parts of new type pallets. The new pallet can down the price and reduce the keeping area.
TECHNICAL1 BACKGROUND
This invention is concerned with the lightweight assembly steel pallet. In detail, steel pallet is composed of assembled by faced width, length, and leg parts without gap which can be separated easily when you disassembly. Our technology makes the worker to load the goods stably and to move, up and down the goods on transportation vehicle fast. In addition, the pallet can be recycled and interchangeable easily in case of damage so that the saving material and preventing environmental pollution can be executed. At the same time, strong intensity of steel pallet in spite of lightweight increases the utility and reduces the transportation cost.
Generally, the old-fashioned pallet was composed of wood and nail, so it has problems in strength and lifetime. The old-fashioned wooden pallet is easily altered and corrupted in case of moisture. The wooden pallet could not be recycled but be discarded. In the conclusion, the wooden pallet has problems, such as environmental pollution, waste of resources and foreign currency due to imported wooden material. To make up for the weak point of wooden pallet, plastic pallet is used in some cases. The plastic pallet is heavy weight because of plastic extrusion type process, in spite of long lifetime. So, it casues the increase of transportation cost. Also the plastic can not be recycled. In the recent, to solve these problems, the steel pallet was invented, but the welding type steel pallet has problems in case of damage. If the welding type steel pallet is damaged, the pallet should be discarded. On the other hand, bolt assembly type steel pallet has also problems of loose bolt and too much parts. Empty pallet takes too much area.

So, production cost can be saved through mass production and automation system.
To reduce the keeping area of empty pallet, we improved as drawing 8-2.
The leg part is formed(8) with pipe and the pipe is inserted to insert hole(lθ) of leg part on loading pallet. So it makes the pallet be irώiimurn size.
