Abstract

This is on the leather thread (2) and the leather of textile (3), which are made of the natural leather. And this is going to supplement the demerit of natural leather, such as not to use in summer season, etc. This invention is to devise the new operating method on a leather thread (2), which makes the former strap to have a function of common thread, to have voluntary length, to have a section being a shape of circle and to be glossy its surface. By weaving this (2), a leather of textile (3) can be manufactured. The leather of textile (3) has the merit of natural leather and further it has several hundred times more superior ventilation and several times more excellent tensile strength than that of natural leather. Moreover, it is new natural leather of textile being able to launder with water.

Technical Field
This invention is related to the Leather of textile and the former exercise of this technique is the netting leather, being a materials of leather shoes, which is manufactured from the leather strap with being made by cutting leather into slices.
But, this former technique is limited the length of leather strap as
1 meter or so and those strap is snapped easily in case that its diameter is made ltnm or so. So those leather strap could not develope as leather thread and has been remained at the level of the handicraft manuf cturing till now thus the metting leather could not remove at the same level, either.
Background Art
In recently, there has been a great development in the field of thin and durable leather manufacturing technique for maMng more better golf gloves according that golf has become widely popular in various countries. That is to say, some leather, which is be 0.5 mm thick in thickness and more durable, has been manufactured competitively. This invention has developed the method of mass production of a leather thread having diameter of 1 TΠTΠ against the manufacturing technique of thin and durable leather like this and has manufactured the Leather of textile for the first time in the world. As the textiles using the natural fiber, this is the first invention since the woolen fabric was invented. Disclosure of Invention
As shown figure 6, this invention is a technique related to the manufacturing the Leather of textile through a process of manufacture as follows : first, making thin leather or raw hide(l), processing a leather thread(2) by cutting it and manufacturing the leather of textile(3) by weaving the leather thread(2).
According it, the physical properties of the leather of textile(3) is a natural leather, its appearance is a general fabric, it is twice as durable as the former leather and its ventilation is hundreds of superior to the former leather. It is very important technique as a new natural ,leather such as the extension of utilization - putting on even in summer season -, lower cost price structure.
To manufacture a leather thread(2) is the base of producing the leather of textile(3). The leather thread(2) is demanded a serious of manufacturing technique, which makes the former strap to be possessed the properties of thread through transformation of processing and this is because that the manufactured leather thread(2) is differed from the formal atifical leather. According it, the length of former strap is about 1 m therefore the technique of having a voluntary length is needed.
Thereupon, as shown figure 1, this invention manufactures a strap, having a voluntary length(5 : hereafter called as "long strap") - this voluntary length is accomplished by going through the process as follows * φ shearing the former strap's(4) both ends by using a machine (hereafter called as "scaiver"), reducing the thickness half and composing the step type. comiecting the former straps(4) by being applied glue to the steps.
However, since it is very uneffective method to manufacture a long strap(5) according to this principal, this invention developed a manufacturing technique as follows ;
Manufacturing Process of Long Strap I
After cutting the twenty sheet of thin leather(l) of regular square (15cm wide and 100cm long) and treating these thin leathers(l) to the shape step by scaiver, a long leather which 15cm wide and 20m long is prepared by comiecting these thin leathers(l) with applying adhesives. After manufacturing the long leather, a frozen rolling leather(6) is manufactured by rolling as toilet roll, moistening with water and being frozen it.
A frozen roDing leather(β) is processed as 150 strips of long strap(5) being 1mm wide and 20m long by cutting at 1mm intervals with a rotary cleaver(or butcher knife, too) and by thawing. The manufactured long strap(5) may be used according to the uses or create a long strap, reaching 3,000m long by being connected again.
Manufacturing Process of Long Strap 2
As shown figure 2, making a knife, having a voluntary length, and rolling it as like a spring thus a spring knife(7) is manufactured. In this case, as shown figure 3, if the interval of blades is 1mm or less, the spring knife(7) is manufactured easily by making the thickness of knife equal to that of intervals of the blades. And the section of spring knife(7) is composed of several shapes, such as circle, oval, rectangle, triangle, etc.
With sticking the spring knife(7) to the press, the long strap(5), having a shape of swirl, can be manufactured by cutting the thin leather(l). In this time, for improving the efficiency of cutting processing, it is to be operated by sticking the thin leather on the paste board, being lmm thick.
However, the spring knife(7) technique can cut only the material, having good flexibility as like leather. Non-flexibility, as like paper, does not be cut fully, even if cut, the swiri shape is not transformed in a straight line as like thread. In other words, only leather can be transformed the swirl shape in a straight line easily after cutting with the spring knife(7).
For instance, a long strap(5), being 180m long, is manufactured by cutting with the spring knife, being a rectangle with 30cm long and 0.5mm intervals of two blades.
By operations being able to make a voluntary length with using the abovementioned two techniques, the first condition of leather thread(2), it is possible to make a mass production.
The second feature of leather thread(2) is that its shape is made up of a circle comparing with the section of former strap(4) is tetragon. For attaining this purpose, as shown figure 4 and figure 5, this invention made a heat pressure wheel(8) and the section of long strap(5) transformed into a circle by being passing it through the heat press wheel.
As shown figure 4 and figure 5, this heat pressure wheel(8) is composed of operating with gearing the upper wheel and lower wheel, which is manufactured of shape of pulley. According it, a space of circle is to be produced between two wheels and the section of long strap(5) is transformed from tetragon to circle by great pressure and heat. The upper wheel of heat pressure wheel(8) has the function of revolving blade as shown figure 5 thus it makes the leather fragments, attached at a long strap(5) and surplus part of leatherO) removed automatically. By joining the heat pressure wheel(8) of two and more piece, the working efficiency can be raised.
The third differentia between the leather thread(2) and the former strap(4) is the finishing work. The former strap(4) is performed the finishing work only one surface among four surfaces, thus only one surface is sheeny but the remainder are rough as like the reverse of leather. On the contrary, the all surface of leather thread(2) is smooth and sheeny. For this effect, this invention is to equip the fMshing wheel(lθ) connected to the heat pressure wheel(8) as shown figure 4 and figure 5. The finishing wheel(lθ) has an upper and lower wheel, being unlike speed of revolution each other and the difference of speed between wheels makes the surface of long strap(5) to be sheeny and smooth. In this time, before passing the finishing wheel, a brightener(ll) is spreaded over the long strap(5). As like the heat pressure wheel(8), a proper heat and pressure is given to the finishing wheel(lθ) and by joining the finishing wheel(lθ) of two and more piece, the working efficiency can be raised.
The long strap(5) may be passed through a twining process before passing through the heat pressure wheel(8). In the twisting process, it can be twisted the long strap(5) in a piece or two-ply and more. The reason of twine is to strengthen the tensile strength of long strap(5) and after finished the twirling process, the long strap(5) is passing through the heat pressure wheel(8) and the finishing wheel(lθ). The fourth differentia is that the leather thread(2) is to be twisted.
In fifth, Nylon fiber or silk fiber can be mixed(13) with the long strap(5) in the above mentioned twining process(12). Though the nylon fiber to be mixed(13) is littler quantity than that of the long strap(5), the tensile strength of leather thread(2) is to be strengthened epochally. The long strap(5) being finished the mixing process becomes a mixed leather thread(14) after passing through the heat pressure wheel(8) and fimshing wheel(lθ).
After long strap(5), leather thread(2) and mixed leather thread(14) is prepared and the former thread(15) is prepared separately them(5, 2, 14), all kind of leather of textile(3) is weaved by selecthing a sort or two sorts and more among the above mentioned(5, 2, 14, 15) with a weaving machine.
In this time, the coefficient of friction of leather thread(2) is too big for a weaving machine to use. In this case, make a weaving machine to operate with reducing friction by soaking the leather thread(2) in oil and remove the oil by washing after weaving the woven goods. The leather of textile(3), being composed the natural leather with woven fabrics type, has possessed diverse merits, such as the ventilation, being superior of hundreds times and the tensile strength, being several times than that of the natural leather etc.

The thin leather, being manufactured as being 0.5mm and less thick, should be smooth and sheeny by fύdsMng work at the both 5 surfaces of upper and lower of it. After being manufactured the thin leather(l), having smooth and sheeny surfaces, make a long strap(5) by cutting with spring knife(7) being manufactured specially as shown figure 2.

The manufactured leather thread is strengthened its tensile strength by twisting a piece or two-ply and more. And the mixed , 20 leather of thread(14)- being strengthened the tensile strength epochaHy, is manufactured by adding some fibers of silk or nylon in the twining process.
After long strap(5), leather thread(2) and mixed leather thread(14) 25 is prepared and the former thread(15) is prepared with them(5, 2, 14) separately, the leather of textile(3) is selecting a sort or two sorts and more among the above mentioned(5, 2, 14, 15) as shown figure 6. Example 1
The figure 6 is the pure leather of textile(3), weaving the leather thread(2) with the warp threads(16) and the woof theads(17) respectively. This leather of textile(3) is suitable for manufacturing a thick clothes .
Example 2
In figure 6, if the warp threads(16) is substituted for the former thread(15) and the woof(17) is substituted for the long strap(5), the mixed leather of textile(3), being similar to suede (being called as a shammy) can be manufactured. This mixed leather of textile(3) has a strong point, such as being pleasant to the touch, being well ventilated, etc.
Example 3
If the warp threads(16) and the woof threads(17) is all substituted for the mixed leather thread(14), the mixed leather of textile(3) can be manufactured, which is similar to the general textile. This mixed leather of textile(3) can be used at all kind of clothing's manufacture as like general textile.
Example 4
In case that a long strap(5), leather thread(2) or mixed leather thread(6) is weaved with kmtting machine, it is possible to manufacture directly the clothes, which has no sewing line, such as cotton gloves, T-shirt, etc.
Industrial Applicability
The properties of leather of textile is the leather therefore it has the strong point of natural leather and its external form is a textile therefore its ventilation is about several hundred times as much well as the natural leather. For these reason, its range of usage is extended as a leather of being able to put on in summer season.
Also the durability of leather of textile is three or five times as much durable as the natural leather so it can supplement the demerit of natural leather. It is possible to launder with water.
The leather of textile can be reduce the manufacturing cost at a large range since it utilizes the cuttings or leather fragment, which is produced inevitably in leather clothes factory. Therefore, by these strong points and the economical efficiency, this leather of textile is a technology, having a great possibility in industrial circles.

What is Claimed is
1. A thin leather or raw hide(l), being 0.5mm thick, is transformed into the leather thread(2) going through the process as f oHows ;
The long strap(5), having a voluntary length, is manufactured by αitting the thin leather or raw hide(l), being 0.5mm thick, with the special manufactured spring knife(7) at the shape of swirl or by making a frozen roll leather(6) and cutting it revolving cleaver. After manufactured the long strap(5), its section is to be transformed as a shape of circle with treating it by the heat pressure wheel(8). at the same time, removing the surplus part of leatherO). The leather thread(2)- being smooth and sheeny, with spreading the brightener over the long strap(5) and using the finishing wheel(lθ).
2. Manufacturing a mixed leather of textile(14), being strengthened the tensile strength epochally, by twisting a piece or two-ply and more of the long strap being manufactured in the article 1 or adding some fibers of silk or nylon in the twining process.
3. Manufacturing the leather of textile(3) or mixed leather of textile(3) by weaving a sort or two sorts and more among the below mentioned(5, 2, 14, 15) after prepared the long straρ(5), leather thread(2) and mixed leather thread(14) and the former thread(15).
