Abstract
The device according to the present invention, for containing piled up rusks that may be taken off in succession through openings made in the bottom thereof, consists of a cylindric or prismatic container (1), according to the shape of the rusks to be piled up and contained therein, inserted into said container through an upper opening (2), with a closing lid (3) and a partial opening (5) made in the lateral surface in correspondence of the base resting on the table, having such dimension and shape as to determine the showing and the consequent possibility of taking off the lowest rusk (F) so that, following to the taking off and eating and due to gravity, the next rusk slides down and may in turn be taken off.
Description
DEVICE FOR DISTRIBUTING PILED RUSKS IN SUCCESSION
The present invention concerns a device for containing piled up rusks that may be taken off in succession tlirough openings made in the bottom thereof.
It is well known that among all kinds of biscuits, crackers and similar that may be consumed for breakfast and/or for lunch and dinner, rusks and similar are difficult to conserve and to handle, once the wrapping has been opened, due to their encumbrance and friability; this often determines considerable wastes when the rusks break or when they are exposed to the air.
It is the aim of the present invention to completely solve above mentioned need by means of a device according to the present invention for containing said rusks and similar and distributing them in succession, which will also form a new and original table element.
The aim set forth is reached by means of the device according to the present invention consisting of a container having the shape of a cylinder or of a prism according to the shape of the piled up rusks to be contained therein, and that are inserted into said container through an upper opening with a lid, and with a partial opening made in the lateral surface in correspondence to the bottom resting on the table, of such dimension and shape as
to allow the showing and the consequent possibility of taking off the lowest rusk, which will allow, in succession, the rusk above to slide down due to gravity and to be taken off.
The advantage of the device according to the present invention consists in that it is a practical, absolutely new and hygienic means for presenting and conserving the product.
The present invention will be described more in detail hereinbelow relating to the enclosed draiwngs in which an embodiment is shown.
Figure 1 shows an external axonometric view of a device for containing piled up rusks that may be taken off in succession through opening means made on the bottom of said device.
Figure 2 shows the device according to the present invention in an exploded, transparent view.
The ensclosed figures show a device according to the present invention, for containing piled up rusks that may be taken off in succession through opening means made in the bottom thereof, mainly consisting of:
- a container 1 , having the shape of a cylinder for round rusks F, or the shape of a parallelepiped or a prism, according to the different shapes of said rusks, wherein said rusks are
piled up, through an upper opening 2 that may be closed, for hygienic reasons, by a lid;
- a resting base 4 on a plane, linked to the lower part of said container 1;
- an opening 5, slightly larger that each slice of rusk F and with a laterakdimension corresponding to the diameter of the rusk, so that the user can see the slice available on the bottom of the container and take it off with his hands, whereby, due to gravity, the next slice will appear, ready for use.
Claims
1. A device for containing piled up rusks that may be taken off in succession from openings made on the bottom thereof, characterized in:
- a ontainer (1) for rusks (F) piled up from an upper ^opening
(2) that may be closed, for hygienic reasons, by a lid (3);
- a resting base (4) on a plane, linked to the lower part of said container (1);
- an opening (5), slightly larger that each slice of rusk (F) and with a lateral dimension corresponding to the diameter of the rusk, so that the user can see the rusk (F) available on the bottom of the container and take it off with his hands, whereby, due to gravity, the next slice will appear, ready for use.
2. A device according to claim 1, characterized in a cylindric structure of said container (1) for the housing of round rusks
(F).
3. A device according to claim 1 , characterized in a parallelepiped or prismatic structure of said container (1) for rusks (F) having a corresponding shape.
