Description

Drop catcher specially for conical ice-cone
The invention relates to an arrangement of drop-catchers for mount on especially a ice-cone, and specially where this is delivered direct to the user, and also where the single ice-cone is shaped as a conical-cone, with an ice arrangement, where as an example ice-balls and like following is place into, and especially where the loos ice-cone house consist of a home-made edible waffled conical-cone.
Hitherto have one known industrial made ice with ice-cone, where these were shaped as a conical-cones. And where one from the start has sealed the inner part of the tip of the ice-cone, as one often has sealed this with a melted chocolate inner in the tip or bottom of conical cone. One have also used to place a sugar ball in the inner and by the bottom of the industrial made ice-cone or the conical-cone.
Disadvantages by these arrangements are that they generally only can be done in industrial made ices.
As an example the chocolate sealing demand that the chocolate first shall harden before the further work of the ice can be done. Among other things placing of the ice mass above and so on.
A sugar ball or like in the bottom of the conical- cone would not be optimum. Especially if the ice-cone is "waffled" on the inner side. As the arrangement because of its waffle structure will be able to give liquid leak.
Hitherto one have also known outer covering arrangement for ice-cone shaped as conical open cuffs or especially open top facing, as an example mentioned in US patent no. 4.720.037. Where there here are shown specified a sanitary covering arrangement or a cover, intended for a person who serve the ice for a customer that they do not shall be able to touch the outer surface of the edible conical- ice, because this has to be hand delivered direct to the customer in his/ hers hand from the seller hand. The cover, which is mentioned in the American document is generally open in the bottom, and protect only against drops and melted ice, which come from the top. And it protect not less against that the sales man does not shall be able to touch the ice with his/hers fingers, when this must be given to the customer.
The systems which here are shown is moreover all glued together of a single twisted sheet of a relatively stiff material as paper, plastic or like.
All the systems as here shown are very clearly without exception open in there cover bottom. And they give therefore of course , and in relation to and compared with our invention no protection against drops from the tip of the conical-ice cone . Which just specified that area, which our invention concern or loose.
In Fig.4 in the US patent, which is earlier mentioned here, there is moreover shown an arrangement, where the glue stop a finger breadth from the bottom. -And this arrangement will of course therefore not be liquid tight. And for that reason, it will not be able to work as a sort of drop catcher arrangement for melted ice there specified comes from the bottom or the tip of the conical ice- cone.
Hitherto are there also known totally conical high covering arrangements, which shown in EP patent no. EP 0709 307 with an edge and a coupling slots, which are made of partly stiff material. And where one couple an edible conical-ice cone to . And especially, where these fit together with the coupling arrangement on the cover itself.
The covers have an exact high, which fit to the high on a new a not eaten ice-cone. And these arrangements will therefore only be intended for industrial made ice-cone. Where one have obtained a specified outer profile and a specified dimension of the industrial made conical ice-cone.
With the very big unfitness or different dimensions there are on home made ice-cone, and especially the hand twisted conical cones, then will these arrangements probably give problems, as they never will fit together.
Some times will above-mentioned constructions and ice-cone therefore be able to drop down into the cone. Where they in other times don not will be able to be press down in to this.
As mentioned for the earlier American patent, then will this arrangement only be used in situations, where one. have been served with an ice product form third part or man. And where one or the customer moreover do not want that the third man shall be able to touch the outer of the ice or edible conical- cone.
The counter hold systems and arrangements, which mentioned above, are very large, and these would also be very expensive to produce, especially compared with our invention.
Including that none of the counter hold systems, which mentioned above, would have the possibility for reasonable limits to be able to be produce of biological pull down material. Which our invention can be able to, with these advantages this now therefore given.
Our arrangement or drop catcher is also primary separated from the ice arrangement itself, until the conical ice-cone first have to be eaten.
A further mainly disadvantages by the given and counter hold solutions as mentioned above, are, that one opposite our system, where we generally only by primary cover the tip of the conical cone, then shall the other or the counter hold system little by little as one wanted to eat the conical ice-cone little by little through this up of the covering cap. By which one therefore inevitably would grease and soil his/hers fingers with melted ice.
The counter hold covering arrangement as mentioned above and according to US as EP documents would work in beginning, namely where one in the start or the first period shall have served the ice.
But when the ice shall be eaten, then will this solution and means not work after the intention they described in the patent document. As one namely now inevitably would got his/hers fingers soiled of melted ice mass. Just because the high outer protecting cap, which has same high as the conical ice-cone., This will namely invariably done that the edible conical ice-cone continuous shall be pulled up of the protecting cap. And one got now soiled and dirt his/hers fingers with melted ice mass.
One are with other words obliged to, according to the counter hold system, as mentioned above to pull the hole ice up of the extern covering means to be able to eat ice-means from the top to the bottom.
Which again would say that this arrangement don not is able to protect against drop from the tip or the end of an ice-cone specified shaped as an edible conical ice-cone.
The purpose with the present invention is therefore to produce an arrangement or means of this in the beginning mentioned sort, where one via simple means and following arrangements obtain, that one under eating of a waffle ice, especially shaped as a conical cone, and with simple means according to the invention, would be able to prevent especially ice-drops from the bottom of especially a conical ice-cone.
Because one now by using this arrangement can eat the whole ice inclusive the conical cone itself from the top to the bottom, without to remove above- mentioned means or new type of ideal shaped drop-catcher. In the same time, will this new arrangement according to the invention, still in one alternative embodiment be able to made very environment friendly and biological right.
This has to be obtained according to the invention by an arrangement of this in the beginning mentioned sort, and characteristic of, that the single arrangement of drop catcher consist of a loos or spared means. Which according to the size of this and according to the ice-cone, only, but specially cover the lower part of the tip or end of the edible conical cone.
The means or the drop catcher according to the invention in one alternative ideally embodiment can further be constructed as a flat double sides and liquid tight conical shell, which first shall be opened by wanted use of this. And where the material for this further ideal can be of plastic, paper or something like that.
The manner of working of above-mentioned liquid conical blocking shell would shown over two period, namely the first restring or storage period as the following using period. As the means or the drop catcher in one embodiment as mentioned above in resting position, before it has to be used, ideal could be made on such a way, that they don not fill anything.
As one in one ideally embodiment for this stand could establish, that the means or the single drop catcher of the lot, would be laid together in a flat thin embodiment. And even further also with this would be kept in an ideally magazine arrangement.
Where one then subsequent, by a wanted use, by the actually user period for the drop catcher arrangement for the ice, only have to take a flat drop catcher means from a magazine. Where which one following only open this, and place it over the actually tip or bottom of the conical ice-cone. According to the operation one shall only hold in such a way around the ice or the conical ice-cone that one can obtain so big or maximum effect as possible.
As one with the palm for the first support the mounted drop- means, including that one in the same time hold and balance the ice and the conical ice-cone on such a way, that one without trouble can eat the whole ice arrangement.
That means the whole conical ice cone from the top the bottom, without that one got dirt and soiled his/hers fingers and close from even potential successive melted ice if this has to be done or happen .
Above-mentioned arrangement according to the invention will also be very cheap to produce than other arrangement for this.
And think one that one perhaps also could use the drop catcher or the side of this as a possible of advising, then will this new means or drop catcher be an obvious and very good possibility for direct advising to the finally user. With this arrangement one obtain, that one save the earlier difficult procedure one often have use, where one with a paper serviette has tried to wrap as cover the bottom of the ice cone, and hi/she shall also take care of that he/she not eat a part of the paper serviette.
In a specially embodiment for the drop catcher according to invention, then can the drop catcher itself be delivered to the finally user as a single part or means, and opposite as a separate part of a belonging number.
As an example in an embodiment in a belonging magazine strip. Where these can be mounted on such a way that they mutual as successive can be dismounted or taken off by actually finally user.
Namely via that there between the mutual drop catchers have to be found tear-off or taken off perforations or like. And where every drop catchers of a lot in an embodiment , and as an example can be mounted or arranged in a magazine strip "side by side" on the long side of the drop catcher, and here ideally placed inverted according to each other place against each other.
Or they could opposite be mounted or placed in another way as an example with " end-tip-end" following each other on a continuous row.
And these could further, in an alternative embodiment of this, be made or placed with an overlap. Understood in a way, that the tip of the front drop catcher is going down into the next top or upper part of the drop catcher and so one.
One can obtain by this, that the drop catcher could be establish as a connected magazine- arrangement. Where one at need or requirement easily can dismount a drop catcher. As a successive continuous magazine row course, that there only can be taken one drop catcher at a time, and where the next drop catcher by taken off, then automatically would advance for the next ideally dismounting off a drop catcher.
I another embodiment for the drop catcher according to the invention, then can the single drop catcher inward be equipped, as an alternative, with a liquid sucking material.
And this supplied material can be, as an embodiment, as a fixed part of the inner side off the drop catcher, or alternative could this material in another embodiment be delivered as an extra loos liquid sucking inner part of the drop catcher itself.
One obtain by above-mentioned arrangement, that the drop catcher both will be liquid tight in its outer. As this now also, in the mentioned embodiment, will be able to quince or suck a possible melted ice. Which will course or done even if one slant the drop catcher means, or when one take the drop catcher means off, then will one not be soiled or dirt of the melt ice there else will float round down into the drop catcher, if the sides of this embodiment of the drop catcher only have been made liquid tight and nothing else extra liquid sucking means or like that.
In still another embodiment according to the invention, then could the drop catcher be made of, one, with the edible conical ice-cone intergrable material, which furthermore was environment friendly.
And in a further embodiment, where the drop catcher according to the handling could be made in a service friendly embodiment, according to that the material for this, for the first can be chosen as a biological breaking down material.
And next in an expanded embodiment, where the material for the drop catcher then further to above-mentioned solution so futher can be chosen to be edible.
One obtain by this, for the first, that it now do not will have any influence for the environment. - Even if one throw the single drop catcher on the ground. Because after a sort time, will the embodiment of this drop catcher be changed to mould or will perished in another way .
In the other embodiment, there could one made the drop catcher means in or of an edible material.
One obtain by this, that one would be able to eat both the conical ice-cone with the ice itself, and in the same time with, that one also can eat the drop catcher itself. Without of, that this will have any influences among other things according to the handing for the eating operation or the person itself.
The invention shall after this be explained nearer in the following according to the drawing with the figures, where Fig.1 shows a home made ice- cone shaped as a twisted conical-cone with ice-balls, and with a mounted drop-catcher.
Fig.2 shows a drop-catcher of a lot of a number of these composite in a continuous numbers, "end-tip-end" and so on.
Fig.3 shows a drop-catcher of a lot of a number of these composite in a continuous numbers, "side-by side", but inverted according to each other.
Fig.6 shows a single drop-catcher, where this has a liquid sucking inner, or an intergrable inner surface of liquid sucking material.
Fig1 shows a home made ice-cone 1 as 2 shaped as a twisted conical cone 2 with ice-balls, and with a placed drop-catcher 1 on this 1. The waffle pattern or design on the conical-cone 2 will more over be with, to fix the drop catcher 1 to the end of the waffle or conical cone 2. Especially if the drop catcher 1 is made of partly smooth material as plastic foil, paper, tinfoil or like material. As the drop catcher material will be able to be press down into the grooves, which the waffle pattern made on the surface of the cone 2.
Of the figure one can also see, that just the flat on the drop catcher 1 moreover comfortable could have an advertising spot placed on this. And here ideally actual for the drawing of a handing description figure, namely a actual figure .which here gives for the situation or the function - a drop there is strike over, which indicate "no drops".
The drop catcher 1 have moreover a such high, that one or the user will be able to eat the whole conical ice-cone 2 and ice 3, from the top to the bottom. As the last bite, which the drop catcher 1 generally only will contain, just will be able to be eaten in one mouthful.
As the last piece of the conical ice-cone 2 has such a eating high and portion or mouthful, that one just will be able to take this with the mouth and lips and through it out of the drop catcher 1. And after this easily eat it, without to overfill his/hers mouth.
Fig. 2 shows a drop catcher 1 of a lot of a number 6, connected in a continuous number or row 6 , in system " end-tip-end - tip" and so on.
The drop catcher 1 has here to be seen coupled to a strip, with other drop catchers 6 via a taken off perforation 5.
The drop catcher 1 can be produced of two foils. Which is welded together on the sides and the bottom, and in a shape of a conical cone 2, and with open top. And cut in the outer generally close to the welding 4. And where there furthermore is made a taken off perforation 5 between a upper and a lower drop catcher 6. And where the single drop catcher 1 is placed between these 6, and such successive mutual mounted 5 and welded 4.
By overlapping the drop catchers 1 as 6 mutual with each other in the top as in the bottom, then one obtain on every place by the overlapping a longer taken off as a holding edge 5 or border 5.
Fig.3 shows a drop catcher 1 of a lot in a number 6 connected together in a mutual numbers 6, and placed " side by side" and inverted according to each other. The system function in or by its magazine strip generally like the described system under Fig.2, but still would the taken off side 5 or the length 6 generally be larger here.
Fig.6 shows a single drop catcher 1 with a outer, consist of a liquid dis -penetrating material, as an example plastic or a wax/plastic covered material as paper or like. Internal could the drop catcher 1 in the same time further be equipped with a liquid sucking inset 7.
Or the liquid sucking part 7 could possible be an integrated part of the drop catcher itself. As an example by, that the inner surface 7 could be liquid sucking.
