Abstract

L'invention concerne des procédés permettant de découvrir des catalyseurs et/ou des conditions de réaction optimaux pour effectuer des réactions multiphases, en particulier des réactions catalytiques multiphases. Les catalyseurs et/ou les conditions de réaction optimaux pour effectuer lesdites réactions sont identifiés par approche combinatoire. Les réactions sont réalisées dans les cavités d'un réacteur adapté pouvant supporter des conditions de haute température et de haute pression et permettant en outre d'effectuer une pluralité de réactions simultanées ou sensiblement simultanées. Ces procédés peuvent avantageusement être utilisés pour créer une base de données regroupant des combinaisons de systèmes de catalyse et/ou de conditions de réaction permettant d'obtenir différents écoulements de produits. Ainsi, en cas de changement des conditions du marché et/ou des spécifications des produits, les conditions adaptées à la formation des produits désirés peuvent être identifiées avec peu ou pas de temps d'arrêt. Les catalyseurs peuvent être évalués à travers la mise en oeuvre de conditions de réaction variées, permettant d'obtenir a) une bibliothèque combinatoire des écoulements de produits et une base de données contenant la combinaison de catalyseurs et de conditions de réaction permettant d'obtenir chaque écoulement de produits et/ou b) la combinaison optimale de catalyseurs et de conditions de réaction permettant d'obtenir un écoulement de produits désiré.
