Abstract

An apparatus for measuring liquid flow including at least one measuring cell (26) having at least one measuring slot (28) with at least one isolated electrode (32) and at least two non-isolated electrodes (34, 36), a device (56) for inducing flow fluctuations in the flowing liquid, and a measuring device used to obtain liquid properties from the flow fluctuations.
