Abstract

Procédé pour améliorer les capacités d'adaptation et de compensation de l'organisme humain qui comprend un cours constitué principalement de séances journalières consistant de 20 à 30 minutes d'inspiration de mélanges gazeux hypercapniques et hypercapniques-hypoxiques, principalement à base d'air atmosphérique; au cours de la séance, la teneur en azote reste la même tandis que la teneur en gaz carbonique augmente et la teneur en oxygène diminue. Chaque séance (une fois que la concentration des gaz a atteint 1,3 - 1,6 % dans le mélange gazeux inspiré) est menée en deux stades. Au premier stade, la concentration du gaz carbonique dans le mélange gazeux inspiré est égale à 0,5 - 0,7 de la concentration du gaz carbonique dans le mélange gazeux inspiré au deuxième stade de la séance, la durée du premier stade étant égale à 0,2 - 0,3 de la durée totale de la séance.
