Abstract

La présente invention trouve des applications dans le domaine de la sélection végétale. Elle concerne un procédé permettant de produire des végétaux fertiles entiers à partir de microspores isolés de blé. Plus spécifiquement, l'invention se rapporte à un procédé permettant de produire des plants de blé à partir de microspores cultivés conjointement avec des ovaires. Sous d'autres aspects, l'invention concerne des végétaux modifiés, et des graines ainsi que la descendance des végétaux modifiés dérivés des microspores/ovaires cultivés. Cette invention concerne également l'utilisation d'un procédé permettant de produire des végétaux fertiles entiers à partir de microspores isolés de blé.
