Abstract

L'invention concerne un propulseur linéaire électromagnétique à quatre circuits magnétiques ouverts (1, 2, 3, 4) qui permettent la concentration de la composante verticale du champ magnétique de la terre (Vo) - (CV du CMT) sur un satellite artificiel, ledit satellite étant orienté dans un système de coordonnées orbital; le propulseur comprend trois bobinages de travail (5, 6, 7) en câble de cuivre isolé avec des tours rectangulaires dont un côté se trouve dans la CV du CMT concentrée, qui crée lors du passage du courant continu par les bobinages reliés en série une force linéaire externe; celle-ci agit sur le satellite dans le sens du mouvement, le signe de cette force étant déterminé par la direction du courant dans les bobinages de travail du propulseur.
