Abstract

The invention relates to sanitary products for women and comprises sanitary napkins and sanitary tampons. The aim of the invention is to optimize the utilization characteristics and to achieve a psychologically more agreeable handling of such products. To this end, the sanitary products are subjected to a frequency treatment at wavelengths of or in a wavelength range between 390 nanometers to 770 nanometers. The sanitary product is furthermore characterized by being colored.
