- The improvement of the double form into an Electronic Voucher form (MU8003011-4 INPI Brazil) to allow the printouts of on-line prepaid codes according any exact amount related value requested by costumers. The Electronic Voucher keeps on secret the prepaid code printout.

On the other way, trustable resellers can receive the cards in consignment and deposit aii the money collected from soid CashOnWeb cards, on the next possible day, to one target bank account and receive all profits together on the end of the week or month, according the rulers on each contracted case.
b) On-line Printing - Also On-line Displaying. The CashOnWeb System will have many servers connected to the
Internet to respond prepaid codes requests from many different contracted networks. Financial service networks, Bill Collectors Agents Networks, ATMs Networks, some private networks and Banks. The authorized agent will access the CashOnWeb Agent's Internet page, and will type the value upon the customer request. The CashOnWeb system will also request the Agent, to type a customer's name or nickname plus the customer's birth date. The veracity of this information
does not matter, but will protect the customer in the case that he/she looses the printed prepaid code's Electronic Voucher or plane form. If it happens, the customer could contact 800-COWHELP, and ask for the cancellation of the loosed prepaid code, and ask a new one, with no costs. The Electronic Voucher is a special form to receive the printing of the on-line prepaid code and keep it on secret, for use on many front-end small dot printers (as cashiers, points of sales). The Electronic Voucher is useful on towns where the pizza shop or Chinese to go can also be a Cow On-line Authorized agent. Besides a meal order, the customer also can order over the phone, the exact amount Cow prepaid codes Electronic Voucher.
After many secret checks, the contacted CashOnWeb server will send over the Internet Connection, the exact amount prepaid code to print on the printer connected to the Authorized Agent's computer. Alternatively, he/she goes to an authorized on-line dealer (Bill collector agent, ATMs) and informs to the teller, the amount of prepaid credits to buy. After the payment, he/she will receive a receipt, and inside this receipt, through authentication of the terminal, the CashOnWeb secret code will be printed either on the Electronic Voucher or plane form. Seconds later, he/she gets a connection (wireless palm, laptop, desktop or cellular phone) to the Internet site where the offer is, and makes the desired purchase. The vendor's system asks his/her credit card numbers. Instead of informing the regular credit card code, he/she informs the CashOnWeb already prepaid code(s). At this point, the system of the site that is doing the sale, transfers the control to the COW Prepaid Codes System manager, which will make the validation of the typed, prepaid code(s). Alternatively, the vendor site will have the icon link showing that the COW customer can click and goes directly to CashOnWeb encoding/decoding servers. The customer can be a beginner user or experienced user. As experienced user, the system will verify if he/she has some residue (change) of the previous purchase, and will add it to the sum (customer prepaid codes account) of the values now introduced in the system. As the transaction is approved, the Prepaid Codes System Manager, sends the electronic credit and controls to the vendors' bank account, minus the percentile of the total purchased (commission pays to CashOnWeb) together with electronic controls, making the purchase, and returning the control of the session to the vendors' site. The vendor takes the procedure steps in order to deliver the merchandise or provide the bought service.
b) Over the Phone Purchases The customer calls the proper 800 number from where the advertisement says the desired product is available. At this point, the customer must follow all the instructions directed by the operator. The CashOnWeb system or the 800 operator asks his/her credit card code. Instead of informing the regular credit card code, he/she answer that this purchase is to be accomplish with CashOnWeb prepaid code(s). Then, the system of the site (or 800 call center) that is doing the sale, transfers the control to the COW Prepaid Codes System manager, which will make the validation the typed prepaid code(s).
