Abstract

La tapa comprende una zona debilitada que, previamente a la retirada de la tapa, se abre mediante un tirador unido a dicha zona para facilitar la entrada de aire en el frasco. La tapa se caracteriza porque el tirador está acoplado articuladamente a la zona debilitada y es desplazable angularmente sobre la tapa ocupando dos posiciones extremas, una pasiva y la otra activa en la que resulta elevado para obtener la apertura de la zona debilitada. La tapa presenta un saliente superior que determina la elevación de tirador en la posición activa del mismo al disponerse éste sobre dicho saliente. La zona debilitada, el tirador y el saliente superior están previstos en una parte rehundida de la tapa que delimita lateralmente el giro angular del tirador.

Tapa para frascos cerrados al vacío .
DESCRIPCIÓN
Actualmente son múltiples los envasados que se realizan utilizando frascos generalmente de vidrio que se cierran herméticamente con una tapa acoplada en la embocadura de los mismos, cuyo cierre se lleva a cabo practicando en el frasco el vacío con el fin de conservar durante largo tiempo el producto envasado, lo cual se viene utilizando principalmente en el envasado de productos alimenticios .
Dadas las circunstancias del cierre del frasco al vacío resulta prácticamente imposible retirar la tapa manualmente por lo que, para conseguir la apertura del frasco, debe recurrirse a útiles especiales que no siempre se tienen a mano y que tampoco son muy eficaces, además de resultar difíciles de manejar. Para solucionar este problema se ha previsto dotar a dichas tapas de unos medios para facilitar su apertura, con cuyos medios se elimina el vacío del frasco permitiendo la entrada de aire en el mismo dando como resultado la retirada manual de la tapa sin esfuerzo.
Estos medios consisten en practicar en la tapa una zona debilitada provista de un tirador que con su accionamiento se rompe esta zona debilitada facilitando la entrada de aire en el frasco. Aunque con estos medios se consigue facilitar la apertura del frasco, la tapa resulta ya con una pequeña abertura que no permite el cierre ulterior correcto de la tapa en el caso de que no se consuma de una vez todo el producto envasado y quiera conservarse la parte restante del mismo en buenas condiciones, como sucede, por ejemplo en los frascos conteniendo mermelada, miel, frutas en almíbar, legumbres cocidas y otros . Es objeto de esta invención una tapa que presenta unos medios para facilitar su apertura y que permiten mantenerla luego prácticamente cerrada.
Característicamente estos medios consisten en un tirador que está acoplado a la zona debilitada articuladamente y que es desplazable angularmente sobre la tapa ocupando dos posiciones extremas, una pasiva y la otra activa en la que resulta elevado para obtener la apertura de la zona debilitada.
La tapa presente un saliente superior que determina la elevación del tirador en su posición activa al disponerse el mismo sobre este saliente.
Al volver el tirador a su posición inicial, mediante su giro angular, la parte levantada de la zona debilitada vuelve, por elasticidad propia del metal con que se fabrica la tapa, a ocupar su anterior disposición cerrándose de nuevo la zona debilitada.
Ventajosamente la zona debilitada, el tirador y el saliente superior están previstos en una parte rehundida de la tapa sin sobresalir del plano superior de ésta, delimitando lateralmente dicho rehundido el giro angular del tirador.
Estas y otras características se desprenderán mejor de la descripción detallada que sigue, para facilitar la cual se acompaña de una lámina de dibujos en la que se ha representado un caso práctico de realización que se cita solamente a título de ejemplo no limitativo del alcance de la presente invención.
En los dibujos: Las figuras 1 y 2 ilustran en planta el detalle de la tapa con los medios que facilitan su apertura en su posición pasiva y activa, respectivamente, y las figuras 3 y 4 representan sendas secciones de la tapa practicadas, respectivamente, por la línea III-III de la figura 1 y por la línea IV-IV de la figura 2.
De acuerdo con los dibujos la tapa -1- metálica comprende una superficie plana -2- con una amplia y ligera embutición central -3- en la cual se ha practicado una zona debilitada -4- de formato en U.
A dicha zona se acopla articuladamente mediante remache -5- un tirador plano -6- que queda yuxtapuesto sobre la tapa -1-, cuyo tirador, como asimismo la zona debilitada -4-, se encuentran dispuestos en un rehundido -7- de forma general triangular.
La tapa -1- se completa con un faldón -8- y un reborde -9- que se acopla a la rosca -R- de la embocadura -E- del frasco -F- de vidrio. La hermeticidad del cierre de la tapa al frasco se consigue mediante la disposición de una junta -10- o un relleno sellante dispuesto anularmente en la cara interior de la tapa y que se aplica contra la boca de la embocadura del frasco. Es muy importante en esta tapa el hecho de que el tirador -6- gira alrededor del remache -5- ocupando dos posiciones extremas, una pasiva (ilustrada en las figuras 1 y 3) en la que queda yuxtapuesto sobre la base del rehundido -7- junto a uno de los lados -7a- del mismo, y otra activa
(ilustrada en las figuras 2 y 4) a la que se llega por giro angular del tirador -6- según indica la flecha -F- haciendo tope contra el otro lado -7b- del rehundido . En la posición activa el tirador -6- resulta elevado al coincidir con la presencia de un saliente superior convexo -11- sobre el que queda situado. En su elevación el tirador -6- rompe la zona debilitada -4- determinando una pequeña abertura -12- (figura 4) que permite la entrada de aire en el frasco lo que facilita la retirada de la tapa -1- y el acceso al interior del frasco.
Cuando se cierra de nuevo la tapa en el frasco, para mantener en condiciones el producto envasado que no se ha consumido, debe volverse el tirador -6- a su posición inicial de la figura 1, según flecha -F'-, con lo que, por la propia elasticidad del metal con que se ha fabricado la tapa, la zona debilitada -4- se recupera y queda dispuesta en el mismo plano del fondo del rehundido -7- quedando cerrada la abertura -12-.
El tirador -6- presenta en su extremo un apéndice -6a- sobresaliente que facilita el empuje lateral del mismo para conseguir su giro angular.
El tirador -6- y el saliente superior -11-, alojados en el rehundido -7-, no sobresalen de la superficie superior -2- de la tapa.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
1.- Tapa para frascos cerrados al vacío, que comprende una zona debilitada (4) que, previamente a la retirada de la tapa (1) , se abre mediante un tirador (6) unido a dicha zona para facilitar la entrada de aire en el frasco (-F-) , caracterizada porque el tirador (6) está acoplado articuladamente
(5) a la zona debilitada (4)y es desplazable angularmente sobre la tapa (1) ocupando dos posiciones extremas, una pasiva y la otra activa en la que resulta elevado para obtener la apertura de la zona debilitada (4) .
2.- Tapa para frascos cerrados al vacío, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque presenta un saliente superior (11) que determina la elevación del tirador (6) en la posición activa del mismo al disponerse éste sobre dicho saliente (11) .
3.- Tapa para frascos cerrados al vacío, según las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque la zona debilitada (4) , el tirador (6) y el saliente superior (11) están previstos en una parte rehundida (7) de la tapa (1) que delimita lateralmente el giro angular del tirador (6) .
