Abstract
L'invention concerne le nettoyage des gaz de leurs particules solides dans les industries du ciment, chimiques, pharmaceutiques et dans d'autres domaines. Le flux de gaz à nettoyer est dirigé vers un canal d'admission, après quoi il est envoyé dans de nombreux canaux cylindriques, qui sont remplis dans le rotor. Les axes des canaux sont disposés dans le plan de l'axe de rotation du rotor sous un angle par rapport à son axe, qui est déterminé selon une condition de continuité relativement à la pression du flux de gaz dans le canal, cette dernière étant conditionnée par la constance du frottement mécanique des gaz et dirigée le long du canal, constituant la force centrifuge volumétrique. Le choix du diamètre hydraulique et de la longueur des canaux sont conditionnés par la dissipation des turbulences et tourbillons aux abords de la sortie des flux de gaz dans les canaux. Les fractions séparées dans les canaux du rotor, en « sale » et propre, s'écartent en deux flux aidés par les éléments, liés aux canaux et par les dispositifs de sortie des fractions « sale » et propre du gaz. Le résultat technique se résume à la formation de forces centrifuges dans le rotor, à l'augmentation du débit gaz à nettoyer, en créant des chutes de pression adéquates du gaz à l'entrée et à la sortie du dispositif.
