Abstract

La présente invention concerne un protocole de niveau d'application qui subdivise une grande quantité d'informations en pages plus petites et précharge autant de pages que de paramètres de préchargement et effectue une commande de flux par l'unité de page. L'idée que l'interface utilisateur effectue une commande de flux de réseau est un point extrêmement important de cette invention. Ceci réduit également le trafic sur le réseau et le délai de chargement. Un autre point important de cette invention est que l'image animée numérique constitue également les pages séquentielles. Il est ainsi possible d'ajouter des liens hypertexte à l'image animée numérique. Cette partie de l'invention est appelée codage hypertexte et le nouveau média est appelé TV hypertexte ou média hypertexte.
