Abstract

Welding consumable wires are provided for use in joining ultra-high strength, low alloy steels to produce weldments having tensile strengths of at least 830 MPa (120 ksi) and fracture toughness suitable for cryogenic temperature applications, even when post weld heat treatment is applied to the weldment.
