Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de communication par ligne électrique, ainsi qu'un procédé correspondant, permettant d'établir des communications via un réseau de distribution d'énergie, tel qu'un réseau de distribution d'électricité ordinaire. Le système de l'invention est caractérisé par un réseau de distribution d'énergie comprenant au moins une ligne de transmission destinée à la distribution d'énergie aux consommateurs, un dispositif de ligne d'énergie électrique configuré par un logiciel comme dispositif de tête de ligne relié à la ligne de transmission, et plusieurs dispositifs de ligne d'énergie électrique supplémentaires, configurés par un logiciel comme dispositifs domestiques clients, reliés à la ligne de transmission. Le réseau de distribution d'énergie sert de bus de communications afin de permettre la communication, via le réseau, entre des dispositifs domestiques clients et un dispositif de tête de ligne électrique.
