Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de traitement de données pour évaluer, au moins, un service d'une entreprise, selon un ou plusieurs aspects d'évaluation. Ce système comporte (a) des moyens de processeur d'ordinateur afin de traiter les données, (b) des moyens de stockage en vue de stocker lesdites données sur un support de stockage, (c) premièrement, des moyens (205, 208) permettant à un utilisateur externe représentant ladite entreprise ou un service de cette entreprise d'accéder à une partie prédéterminée du système via un réseau étendu, (d) deuxièmement, des moyens (211) permettant de présenter audit utilisateur externe une première liste de questions et réponses possibles concernant ladite entreprise ou service de l'entreprise et liée à un ou plusieurs aspects d'évaluation, (e) troisièmement, des moyens (212) visant à établir un profil de l'entreprise à partir des réponses choisies par ledit utilisateur parmi les différentes possibilités qui lui ont été présentées par lesdits moyens au deuxièmement (211), (f) quatrièmement, des moyens (213) permettant de choisir parmi plusieurs questions et réponses possibles, au moins une seconde liste de questions et réponses possibles concernant ladite entreprise ou service de l'entreprise et liée à un ou plusieurs aspects d'évaluation à partir du profil établi, (g) cinquièmement, des moyens (214) permettant d'établir une évaluation de l'entreprise ou service de l'entreprise à partir des réponses choisies par ledit utilisateur parmi lesdites réponses possibles présentées à ce dernier par lesdits moyens du quatrièmement (213), et (h) sixièmement, des moyens (203, 303) utilisés pour mettre à la disposition des utilisateurs externes, via un réseau étendu, l'évaluation de l'entreprise ou service de l'entreprise ainsi obtenue.The invention relates to a data processing system for evaluating, at least, a service of an enterprise, according to one or more evaluation aspects. This system includes (a) computer processor means for processing the data, (b) storage means for storing said data on a storage medium, (c) first, means (205, 208) allowing an external user representing said company or a service of this company to access a predetermined part of the system via a wide area network, (d) secondly, means (211) making it possible to present to said external user a first list of questions and possible responses concerning said company or service of the company and linked to one or more aspects of evaluation, (e) thirdly, means (212) aiming to establish a profile of the company from the answers chosen by said user from the different possibilities presented to him by said means in the second (211), (f) fourth, means (213) allowing to choose from several questions and answers s possible, at least a second list of questions and possible answers concerning said company or service of the company and linked to one or more evaluation aspects from the established profile, (g) fifth, means (214) allowing '' establish an evaluation of the business or service of the business from the responses chosen by said user from among said possible responses presented to the latter by said means of the fourth (213), and (h) sixth, means (203, 303) used to make available to external users, via a wide area network, the evaluation of the enterprise or service of the enterprise thus obtained.
