Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif (18) permettant d'améliorer la performance du myocarde (20) d'un sujet humain. Une première électrode (32) ventriculaire est connectée à un premier site ventriculaire, et une seconde électrode (34) ventriculaire est connectée à un second site ventriculaire du coeur. Une unité (90) de commande excite la première électrode ventriculaire de manière qu'elle applique une ou plusieurs paires d'impulsions dans le premier site ventriculaire, et excite la seconde électrode ventriculaire de manière qu'elle applique une ou plusieurs paires d'impulsions dans le second site ventriculaire.
