Abstract

The present invention relates to a toilet paper holder including badges for advertisements or campaigns, wherein advertisements are inserted into badges coupled with toilet paper holders or towel hangers comprising a spindle holding towel, cooking wrap or toilet paper; retaining tabs mounted in center of the referred spindle; connecting supports hinged together on the said tabs; badges containing tabs on their back plate, and this invention is characterized by amplifying the efficiency of advertisements using pictures or figures in badges.

Description

TOILET PAPER HOLDER USING BADGES
Technical Field
The present invention relates, in general, to a toilet paper holder using badges and, more particularly, to a toilet paper holder coupled with badges into which an advertisement is inserted, and which is capable of maximizing public information and advertisement effects.
Background Art
The conventional toilet paper holder is used in a dressing table or toilet. The conventional toilet paper holder consists of a stainless bracket and a holder bar and is fixed at the wall surface.
Also, the conventional toilet paper holder is manufactured by molding a plastic support plate, applying the rear surface of the support plate and inserting or assembling a holder stand into the center or side of the support plate.
However, since the conventional toilet paper holder is manufactured to the purpose of holding the toilet paper only, the advertisement description cannot be placed. Also, the advertisement description or public information was printed at the surface of the support plate, but the printing cost is expensive.
Also, since it is difficult to put a variety of picture advertisements or color pictures in the support plate, refined advertisements cannot be provided.
Disclosure of the Invention
Accordingly, the present invention has been made keeping in mind the above problems occurring in the prior art. and an object of the present invention is to provide a toilet paper holder using badges, which can be manufactured by putting a poster for advertisement, pictures, painting, logo, trademarks.
The other object of the present invention is to provide a toilet paper holder using badges, which can exchange the badges, if necessary.
The another object of the present invention is to provide a toilet paper holder using badges, which can be used as a wrap holder, a towel holder, a tie holder, etc.
To accomplish the above-mentioned objects, the toilet paper holder using badges according to the present invention comprises: a spindle for holding towel, cooking wrap or toilet paper; retaining tabs mounted in center of the spindle; connecting supports hinged together on the tabs; and
badges coupled with the connecting supports and inserted with advertisements.

The above and other objects, features and other advantages of the present invention will be more clearly understood from the following detailed description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which:
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a toilet paper holder using badges in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention; Fig. 2 is a side view of the toilet paper holder using badges in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention;
Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the toilet paper holder using badges in accordance with another embodiment of the present invention; and
Fig. 4 is a perspective view of the rear surface of the badges according to the present invention. Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
Reference now should be made to the drawings, in which the same reference numerals are used throughout the different drawings to designate the same or similar components. First, as shown in Figs. 1-4, the toilet paper holder using badges according to the present invention comprise a spindle 10 for holding towel, cooking wrap or toilet paper; retaining tabs 20 mounted in center of the spindle 10; connector 30 hinged together on the tabs 20; and badges 50 which protrusions 40 are formed at the rear surface thereof. The both sides of the spindle 10 are formed with legs into which a toilet paper can be inserted. Also, the center of the spindle 10 is formed with retaining taps 20 such that the taps 20 are formed to hinge with the connector 30, and thereby the connecter 30 can be freely bent.

The spindle 10 according to another embodiment of the present invention can be made in the form of "-- 1".
The connecting supports comprise retaining tabs 20 mounted in center of said spindle, connector 30 hinged together on said tabs, and badges 50 which protrusions 40 are formed at the rear surface thereof, whereby said connecting supports can be freely bent.
Also, the connecting supports can be used as a member capable of freely bent. In the meantime, since the protrusion 40 is formed at the rear surface of the badges 50, the badges can be changed to another ones. Also, the badges 50 and the spindle are interconnected.
The operation of the toilet paper holder using badges according to the present invention as mentioned above will be described below.
A protrusion of the badge 50 being inserted and compressed with advertisements or pictures is connected to a connector 30 and retaining tabs 20 mounted in center of the spindle 10.
The rear surface of the badge is attached with one selected from glue 80, adhesive silicone, magnet, vacuum adhesive matter.
The upper surface of the badge 50 is attached with an advertisement form and a transparent epoxy 90.
In particular, since a toilet paper is certainly needed in a dressing table, the toilet paper holder coupled with badges into which cosmetic advertisement is inserted, has very excellent advertisement effects.
Industrial Applicability
As described above, the toilet paper holder of the present invention can be manufactured by putting a poster for advertisement, pictures, painting, logo, trademarks and can exchange the badges, if necessary. Additionally, various application such as a wrap holder, a towel holder, a tie holder, etc can be used.
Although the preferred embodiments of the invention have been disclosed for illustrative purposes, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, additions and substitutions are possible, without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention as disclosed in the accompanying claims.

Claims

Claims
1. A toilet paper holder using badges, comprising: a spindle for holding towel, cooking wrap or toilet paper; retaining tabs mounted in center of said spindle; connecting supports hinged together on said tabs; and
badges coupled with said connecting supports and inserted with advertisements.

The toilet paper holder according to claim 1, said connecting supports comprise retaining tabs 20 mounted in center of said spindle, connector 30 hinged together on said tabs, and badges 50 which protrusions 40 are formed at the rear surface thereof, whereby said connecting supports can be freely bent.
6. The toilet paper holder according to claim 1, said badges 50 and said spindle are interconnected.
7. The toilet paper holder according to claim 1 , the upper surface of said badges 50 is attached with an advertisement form and a transparent epoxy 90.
