Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellugn von beschichteten Metalloberflächen bei einer Beschichtungsgeschwindigkeit von mindestens 25 m pro Minute bei dem Auftragen eines Vorbehandlungsmittels auf eine gereinigte oder/und gebeizte Metalloberfläche, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass auf mindestens einer Fläche eines metallischen Körpers nach einem Reinigen oder/und einem Beizen der zu behandelnden metallischen Oberfläche mindestens ein Vorbehandlungsmittel aufgetragen wird und danach auf einem Teil der vorbehandelten Oberfläche mindestens eine Lackschicht aufgetragen wird, wobei die dabei nur mit einem Vorbehandlungsmittel und nicht mit einem Lack hergestellte Beschichtung als Behandlungsschicht anstelle einer Grundierungs- und Vorbehandlungsschicht eingesetzt wird. Ausserdem betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von beschichteten Metalloberflächen bei einer Beschichtungsgeschwindigkeit von mindestens 25 m pro Minute bei dem Auftragen eines Vorbehandlungsmittels auf eine gereinigte oder /oder gebeizte Metalloberfläche, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass auf mindestens einer Fläche eines metallischen Körpers nach einem Reinigen oder/und einem Beizen der zu behandelnden metallischen Oberfläche mindestens ein Vorbehandlungsmittel aufgetragen wird und danach auf mindestens einem Teil der vorbehandelten Oberfläche mindestens eine Lackschicht aufgetragen wird, wobei die mit einem Vorbehandlungsmittel behandelte Beschichtung als Behandlungsschicht anstelle einer Grundierungs- und Vorbehandlungsschicht eingesetzt wird.
