Abstract

A disposable tea receptacle is provided. In the disposable tea receptacle, the side wall of a receptacle body is folded lengthwise to become a pleated wall having a plurality of pleats, tea-bag type tea or coffee mix is incorporated inside the receptacle, and an upper opening portion of the receptacle body is hermetically sealed with a lid.

Description

DISPOSABLE TEA RECEPTACLE
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a disposable tea receptacle, and more particularly, to a disposable tea receptacle having tea-bag type tea or a coffee mix incorporated in the receptacle, for making ready-to-drink tea or coffee just by pouring water.
Background Art
In recent years, a variety of disposable food stuffs are used in everyday life. In particular, disposable tea or coffee has gained popularity as favorite food in everyday life. Conventionally, the most convenient method for making tea or coffee has been to place disposable tea-bag type tea or coffee mix in a paper cup to then be stirred after pouring water. Generally, in order to drink disposable tea or coffee, it is necessary to prepare tea- bag type tea or coffee mix, a paper cup, a spoon and water separately, and if any one of them is not prepared, it is not possible to drink tea or coffee. Also, since the paper cup has a fixed size and configuration, it occupies quite a bulky space before and after use. Disclosure of the Invention
To solve the inconvenience encountered in conventional methods of making single- use tea or coffee, it is an object of the present invention to provide a disposable tea receptacle which can make tea or coffee offhandedly with convenience just by pouring water and can minimize the volume thereof and the space occupied thereby, by integrally forming disposable tea or coffee, a paper cup and a spoon.
To accomplish the above object of the present invention, there is provided a disposable tea receptacle wherein the side wall of a receptacle body is folded lengthwise to become a pleated wall having a plurality of pleats, tea-bag type tea or coffee mix is incorporated inside the receptacle, and an upper opening portion of the receptacle body is hermetically sealed with a lid.
The receptacle body is configured such that it gets wider upwardly. Also, the receptacle body is preferably made of a material which is harmless to humans, such as paper or synthetic resin.
The lid has a plurality of folded lines which are foldable by a predetermined interval. According to the disposable tea receptacle of the present invention, the receptacle body is unfolded to open the lid and then pour water into the receptacle, and the folded lines of the lid are folded to then be used as the spoon. Therefore, tea or coffee can be made offhandedly just by pouring water into the receptacle even if all of tea-bag type tea or coffee mix, a paper cup and spoon are not prepared.
Brief Description of the Drawings
The above object and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent by describing in detail a preferred embodiment thereof with reference to the attached drawings in which: FIG. 1 illustrates an unfolded state of a disposable tea receptacle according to the present invention;
FIG. 2 illustrates a folded state of the disposable tea receptacle according to the present invention; and
FIG. 3 is a plan view illustrating the lid of the disposable tea receptacle according to the present invention.
Best Mode for Carrying out the Invention
A preferred embodiment of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the disposable tea receptacle according to the present invention is configured such that the side wall of a receptacle body 10 is folded lengthwise to become a pleated wall 12 formed by a plurality of pleats, tea or coffee mix is incorporated in the receptacle, and the upper opening portion of the receptacle body 10 is hermetically sealed with a lid 14.
The receptacle body 10 is shaped of a paper cup having an upper portion opened and gets wider upward so that the volume thereof can be minimized when it is folded. The receptacle body 10 has a plane portion 10a formed by a predetermined length from the upper portion thereof, and the pleated wall 12 formed lengthwise between the plane portion 10a and a bottom portion 10b. Here, the pleated wall 12 is configured such that convex portions 12a and concave portions 12b are alternately folded. As described above, since the receptacle body 10 has the pleated wall 12 and a shape in which the upper portion thereof is wide and the lower portion thereof is narrow, as shown in FIG. 2, the receptacle body 10 can be shrunk to be minimized in the length by pressing the receptacle body 10. On the contrary, as shown in FIG. 1, the upper portion of the shrunk receptacle body 10 is pulled to be stretched tight. Here, the receptacle body 10 is preferably made of paper or synthetic resin which is harmless to humans. The receptacle wall is preferably thick enough to be easily stretched tight by pulling the same by the hand and enough to maintain the shape thereof when it contacts water.
The tea held in the bottom portion 10b of the receptacle body 10 may be tea-bag type tea or coffee mix. Here, the portion connected to the bottom of the receptacle body 10 and the portion on which the lid 14 is placed, are perfectly hermetically sealed to allow the incorporated tea or coffee mix to be dried.
FIG. 3 is a plan view illustrating the lid of the disposable tea receptacle according to the present invention, in which the lid 14 has a plurality of folded lines 14a which are foldable by a predetermined interval and an opening portion 14b protruding at one side thereof. As described above, the folded lines 14a are formed on the lid 14 so that they are used as a spoon by being folded. Here, the lid 14 is preferably formed of a material which is easily foldable and harmless to humans, such as paper or synthetic resin.
According to the present invention, since the receptacle body 10 has the pleated wall 12 and is shaped such that the lower portion thereof is wide and the upper portion thereof is narrow, it can be stored in a folded state, thereby reducing its volume and a space occupied thereby. Also, in order to drink tea or coffee, the receptacle is unfolded and water is just poured into the receptacle so that the tea can be made offhandedly with convenience. Here, the lid 14 can be used as a spoon for stirring tea or coffee by being folded along the folded lines 14a.
Industrial Applicability
As described above, according to the disposable tea receptacle of the present invention, a receptacle body is unfolded to completely open a lid and then water is just poured, thereby conveniently making tea or coffee. Also, the lid is folded along folded lines to be used as a spoon. Thus, unlike the conventional case, even if tea-bag type tea or coffee mix, a paper cup and a spoon are not separately provided, tea or coffee can be made and drunken offhandedly with convenience. In addition, when the receptacle is stored or disused, its volume and a space occupied thereby can be reduced.
