ELECTROMECHANICAL LOCK WITH A REMOTE CONTROL
FIELD OF THE IVENTION The invention represents an electromechanical lock with remote control as an additional locking system invisible from outside and applicable for increasing at considerable extent the safe indeterminateless of any kind of standard door.
BACKGRAUND OF THE INVENTION Well-known is a lock consisting of a "cartridge-case" /bush with mounted to it cogwheel to which are connected one or more racks. Each one of the racks is stiffly connected with a respective latch and is fixed by means of a clammer-locking-finger toward the cogwheel having a constant meshing with it. The lock includes also a blocking cover-plate with electrical magnet connected indirectly to the rack [1],
A defect of this known lock is that it could not provide complete protection against unlocking by means of a master-key and when the cartridge-case is broken the unlocking can be made with simple auxiliary gadgets. There is another electromechanical lock applied consisting of a locking mechanism connected to an electrical engine run by a micro-processor according to a code from a control panel which one is outside the locked room [2], [3].
A defect of this electromechanical lock is that the code number can be seen and the panel is accessible and can be manipulated.
There are also block systems /interlocks/ run from a distance for locking devices which consist of a small transmitter of coded signals, a decoding receiver connected to a controlling center of an electrical magnet or engine which one activates a blocking finger [4].
A defect of said run remotely blocking systems to locking devices is that when the electrical magnet or engine are out of order the door must be cut in order to be opened.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The aim of the invention is: making an electromechanical lock with a remote control mountable to doors with standard locks as an invisible and inaccessible from outside locking mechanism, in order the respective owner to put it on a spot chosen by him on any place of the inner vertical surface of the door allowing the door to be easily opened in case of any failure.
Said task is realized in the following way: in a hollow metallic beam with a chute, closed profile, fixed on the inside part of the door are disposed a kind of rails on which are slided from the inside toward the outside latches connected with the racks placed in the beam which ones are meshed to a cogwheel, which one by means of moving on the axle of the cogwheel - pignon in a groove-way connected with the shaft of an el-gear motor fixed on the beam whilst, the latches moving toward outside enter orifices of blocklets fixed on the door-frame and the adjoining wall and the el-motor by means of final "off-switching keys" and a device for reverse nmning - is connected with a receiver of coded electromagnetic signals within radio or infra-red light range which are originated by one or more miniature transmitters for a remote control of the el-motor. The signal for locking is connected also with the input for activating the stand-by position of the alarming device connected with activating pressure-sensors placed within the blocklets over the edges of the latches; and the signal for unlocking is connected also with the input for switching off the alarm and also with the input for activating the alarm - are connected by conductors two insulated electrical and sticked together metallic plates connected with a resistor of specific value. The two plates are positioned in the beam between an orifice in it and the pignon - the orifice is co-axled with the pignon and is bigger than its section. On the orifice on the pignon axle at this edge there is a "bolt-like carving". To an out-let of the alarm device a hooter and a block of telephone-alarm are connected.
The electricity-supply is provided through a lowering transformer from the grid and is insured by an accumulator battery.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Fig.1 - presents the electromechanical lock.
Fig.2 - shows in a cross-section on the axle of the electrical engine the elements of movement and controlling. Fig.3 - shows the block circuitry for a remote control.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The electromechanical lock with a remote control shown on fig. 1 which is fixed on the inner side of the door consists of a hollow metallic beam of chut closed profile 1 in which are disposed rails 2, 4 on which slide from the inside toward the outside latches 3 connected with the racks 6 placed in the beam which ones are meshed to a cogwheel 9 which one is a kind of a bearing in carrying part 7 and a kind of plate 11. The cogwheel - by means of moving on its axle polyhedral pignon 12 in a groove-way - is connected
with the shaft of an el-gear motor 17 fixed on the beam 1, as shown on fig. 2. The latches 3 moving toward outside enter orifices of blocklets 18 fixed on the door-frame and the adjoining wall. The el-gear motor 17 - by means of final "off-switcWng keys" 8, 10 and a device for reverse running 25, shown on fig.3 - is connected with a receiver 22 of coded electromagnetic signals within radio or infra-red light range which are produced by one or more miniature transmitters 21 for a remote control of the electrical engine. The signal for locking is connected also with the input for activating the stand-by position of the alarming device 26 connected with activating pressure-sensors 19 placed within the blocklets 18 over the edges of the latches 3; and the signal for unlocking is connected also with the input for switching off the alarm and also with the input for activating the alarm - are connected by conductors two electrically insulated by folio 15 and sticked together metallic plates 13 and 14 connected with a resistor 16 of specific value. The two plates 13 and 14 are positioned on the carrying part 7 in the beam 1 between an orifice in it and the pignon 12 - the orifice is co-axled with the pignon 12 and is bigger than its section. On the orifice on the 12 pignon axle at this edge there is a "bolt-like carving". To an outlet of the alarm device 26 a hooter 27 and a block of telephone-alarm 28 are connected. The electricity-supply 23 is provided through a lowering transformer from the grid and is insured by an accumulator battery 24.
Application and ways of operation The electromechanical lock with remote control shown on fig.l, is placed on the inner side of a door having ordinary lock by means of a cross-beam and there is no part of it visible and accessible for a direct contact from outside. The latches 3 disposed in beam having a closed metallic profile 1 are moved through racks 6 by cogwheel 9. When going outwards they enter the orifices of blocklets 18 fixed on the door-frame and the adjoining wall. The cogwheel 9 is moving in a bearing-like way in the carrying part 7 and plate 11 and is twirl by means of a moving on its axle polyherdal pignon 12 which is connected in a groove-way with the shaft of the el-gear motor 17. The el- gear motor 17 is switchable for a determined time by means of final "off- switching keys" 8, 10. From the device for reverse running 25 - in case of command of locking or unlocking received remotely from a decoding receiver 22 - and sent in a form of coded electromagnetic signals within radio or infra-red light range transmitter 21 /pressing respective keys/. The signal for locking also activates the stand-by position of the alarming device 26. The alarming device can be activated in case of aggressive pressure against the door which makes the latches 3 with their edges to activate the pressure-sensors 19 placed within the blocklets 18. The alarm is activated
also when a contact is produced - between plates 13 and 14 disposed on the carrying part 7 - which happens when someone intends to make a hole in the door and open forcibly. By means of resistor 16 a control is provided for impeding any cutting of the conductors 20. When the alarm device 26 is activated siren 27 is switched on as well as the telephone-alarm block 28. The electricity-supply 23 is provided through a lowering transformer and rectifier from the grid and is insured by an accumulator battery 24. For an emergency opening of the door the owner must know the precise coordinates of the axle of the el-gear motor referred to the outside doorframe. With a button for opening pressed by means of the remote transmitter 21 after boring a hole through the door and the plates 13, 14 and 15, an access is provided to the orifice with a "bolt-like carving" in pignon 12. After screwing a helix/screw in the "carving" the pignon is drawn outside and on its place a key having the same section is to be put and by means of it cogwheel 9 should be manually turned till opening the door.
