Abstract

L'invention concerne un greffon destiné à réparer les défauts des artères et formé d'un greffon souple et d'au moins un système de fixation. L'invention concerne aussi un dispositif et un procédé permettant d'implanter un greffon (60) dans le système vasculaire d'un patient, le greffon étant inséré dans le patient à une étape différente de celle des systèmes de fixation (76) et permettant l'insertion percutanée directe du greffon (60) et des systèmes de fixation (76). Le procédé assure la surveillance de la position du greffon (60) dans le système vasculaire pendant le déploiement du greffon (60) et les systèmes de fixation (76) par l'apport de forces de traction à appliquer sur les extrémités opposées du greffon (60).
