Abstract

This invention provides a simplified method of analysis of data generated by microarrays permitting those of skill in the art to generate expression profiles of pathogens. The methods of the invention allow the rapid screening of candidate drug compounds, identification of drug candidates predicted to be effective against particular pathogens, and identification of genes involved in the pathway affected by such drug compounds.
