Abstract

A holder for attaching a mobile telephone to the waist belt (C) of a user contains two rectangular openings (D) for feeding through the user's waist belt (C). The mobile telephone is accommodated in the holder in a way to be inserted between the user's abdomen and said waist belt (C).

Description

Hand Phone Bag with Omega Hooking
Techincal Field
This Invention is a hand-phone bag with unique or unsual mechanism which it is attached on waist belt.
Background Art
We can show many bags hooking or feedthrough on army waist belt and police man waist belt frequently which is made of thick leather or thick cloth and do not consider gent leman-1 ike fashion, When it was simplified for smart aspect and adopted as an pager and hand-phone hook, we have experienced its wear and fatiques by shaking and swinging.
They used almost hooking element like sprung forcep and rarely feedthrough to attach something om waist nelt. All method which we have used, has common drawback which shakes or swings something binded up on waist belt when we walk or move, so that they suffer from all kind of fatiques which tears down leather or cloth and breaks metal hook element and we could lose it.
It can be out of order by loosing and breaking soldering joints on its electronic circuit board, We could not be a communication soldier.
We should need not recognize our hand phone in view of lose and trouble and communication reliablility ideally.
We must create new custom or culture of hand-phone. Disclosure of Invention
I had invented this by chance.
When I was walking with big and heavy material on both armful, my hand-phone(Motorola Micro Tac 5000) hooked on my waist belt fell down, then I hooked it on belt and after several feet walk it was drowned again, then I hooked it again.
At last I had inserted it between my abdomen and waist belt like pistol showed in gang movie and it did not escaped again. I had developed new method to hook our hand phone on waist belt,
Omega belted hooking named by me like fig.- 4.which is inserted man's between abdomen and waist belt.
Truely first description registered at KIPO on its priority date and opened to public already, had included Fig. 1 only. After its pending I would announce several times that because this invention might be harmful our health by pressuring abdomen, if WIPO allows, I would donate its right all countries so that they should have the responsibility for their people's health resulted in adopting my invention in their country.
I had arrived at the time that I should send PCT record.
I made its prototype hand phone bag of fabricating thin metal can which I had drinked to cool my throat on hot weather.
Interestingly my hand-phone shielded in above thin metal prototype bag and Omega hooked on waist belt had operated very well.
When I had chosen my hand-phone vibration mode and I test-call on it, its vibration was enough to be recognized it by my abdome muscles.
After several field test I had discovered that Inverted Omega hooking like Fig.- 4B is more comfortable than Omega like Fig.- 4A, After receiving one call on and when I put it on table I would not had recognized one true call on because it had been selected vibra ion mode.
Here I had found out the other usage of my patent pending at KIPO, KR/20-1999-0003623 which is named "Secondary Hookup Switch" of hand-phone by me and functions speed connection at the moment that phone is pulled out from hand-phone bag by releasing contact switch.
If this switch is adopted on hand phone, it has been pushed against its wall in this invented hand-phone bag and is released popping up hand-phone outside of its bag so that phone could know its state itself .whether it is in or out. Therefore even though the hand phone was set vibration mode, if it had came out of its bag, we could hear bell sound.

Claims

Claims
1. Omega belted hooking and Inveted Omega belted hooking as shown in fig.- 4. Except plane Omega bleted using like ox leather pistol case.
2. I cannot help adding this second claim so that I could adopt it the usage of "Secondary Hookup Switch(KR-20-1999-0003623, registered at KIPO on 8 March 1999(08.05.99) pending at KIPO to discriminate the phone state, whether it is in bag or out, to ring bell in spite of vibration mode sett ing, which invented for the purpose of speed communication of hand-phone.
