Kompressionsstrümpfe sind bereits hinlänglich bekannt. Weiter werden Lymph-Patienten, OP-Patienten, Tumor-Patienten und auch Patienten mit Narben, die Lymphbahnen zerstören, mit entsprechenden Kompressionsstrümpfen versorgt. Es besteht auch das Bedürfnis, Kompressionsstrümpfe im nicht medizinischen, d.h. kosmetischen Bereich einzusetzen. Ziel solcher Kompressionsstrümpfe ist es, Einfluß auf die sogenannte Cellulite oder „Orangenhaut" zu nehmen. Auch Arbeitnehmer, die in stehenden Berufen arbeiten (wie Arbeitnehmer in Gaststätten oder Friseursalons und dergleichen) tragen zur Unterstützung der Venen häufig Kompressionsstrümpfe. Die Wirkung des Kompressionsstrumpfs liegt darin, daß er aufgrund seiner Stützeigenschaft die Funktion eines straffen Bindegewebes imitiert, so daß die Muskelpumpe effizient ausgenutzt wird. Herkömmliche Kompressionsstrümpfe weisen eine glatte Oberfläche auf.Compression stockings are already well known. Durch diese unterschiedlich gebildete Oberflächenstruktur wird die Muskelpumpe aktiv unterstützt. Es wird hier also nicht nur das Stützgewebe unterstützt. Durch die unterschiedlich auf verschiedene Flächenbereiche einwirkende Kompressionskraft wird im Zusammenwirken mit der Muskelpumpe der Transport des Blutes und der Lymphflüssigkeit zum Körperrumpf hin unterstützt. Diese erfindungsgemäße Oberflächenstrukturierung des Wickelstrumpfes kann sogar die Lymphdrainage, die als Behandlung für Lymph-Patienten üblich und verbreitet ist, ersetzen.According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the surface of the compression stocking is structured.
