Description

CAN SPOUT
Technical Field
This invention relates to cans, such as those that are in wide use for packaging soft drinks and other beverages. More specifically, this invention relates to an improved can, and especially a sanitary can, that guarantees to drink clean beverages as compared with conventional metal containers.
Background Art
In general, a metal can comprises a main outlet formed on a upper plate of the can, a blocking plate formed to cover the main outlet, an open lever coupled to the central part of the blocking plate by a rivet, the blocking lever corresponds to one end of the open lever. In this type beverage cans, drinking water in the cans is drinkable by lifting the open lever upward. That is, when the open lever is lifted, the blocking plate is bended to open the main outlet by the action of the lever, and thus it is possible to drink the drinking water flowed out from the outlet.
However, the conventional metal cans have a problem that it is inevitable to drink dirty matters such as dusts lain on the surface of the upper plate of the can in a distribution channel as well as drinking water.
Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, the present invention has been made keeping in mind the above problem occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a sanitary can, that guarantees to drink clean beverage by guiding drinking water through a guide part because the guide part is positioned at the main outlet when the can is opened.
In order to accomplish the above object, a can according to the present invention comprises: an upper plate, a main outlet, a blocking plate, and an open lever attached to the upper plate by a rivet, the blocking plate is bended to open the main outlet by the action of the lever when the open lever is upwardly lifted, wherein; said upper plate having a hanging protrusion formed on the upper plate at the predetermined position away from one end of the main outlet; and said open lever for folding the blocking plate attached to the main outlet of the upper plate to open the main outlet; said can further comprises a guide part coupled to the upper plate by the rivet and closely contacted to the main outlet in cooperation with the action of the open lever.
Brief Description of Drawings
These and other objects and advantages of the present invention will be more clearly understood from the following detailed description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which:
Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing a can with a guide part in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention;
Fig. 2 is a plan view showing a can with a guide part in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention; Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing the operation status of the guide part while the can is opening;

Best Mode for Carrying out the Invention
Referring now to the drawings, wherein like reference numerals designate corresponding structure throughout the views. Referring to Figs. 1 to 6, a can is depicted having an upper plate 110 with a hanging protrusion formed thereon at the predetermined position away from one end of a main outlet 111 of the can 100 around a rivet 121, an open lever 120 folding a block plate 112 when the open lever 120 is lifted, thereby opening the main outlet 111, and a guide part 130 coupled to the upper plate 110 by the rivet 121 and closely contacted to the main outlet 111 in cooperation with the action of the open lever 120.
The hanging protrusions 113 are formed on the upper plate 110 to protrude them downward at left and right sides and the rear of the main outlet 111. The guide part 130 has a resilient plate 131. The resilient plate 131 is coupled to the open lever 120 by the rivet 121.
Herein, the resilient piece 131 includes a slot
133 into which the rivet 121 is inserted, a resilient hole 134 of a hemisphere shape formed at the rear of the slot 133, and a projection part 135 formed at the front of the slot 133.
Also, a ring part 136 is formed at the front of the resilient plate 131. The guide piece 132 is upwardly protruded from the front to the rear of the ring part 136. A hooking groove 137 is formed on the outer part of the lower end of the guide piece 132.
The ring part 136 and the guide piece 132 of the resilient plate 131 are formed larger than the main outlet 111 of the upper plate 110 so that the blocking plate 132 may pass through them.
Hereinafter, the work of the present invention is described.
As shown in Figs 1 and 2, in the state that the upper plate 110 of the can 100 is engaged with the guide part 130, when the open lever 120 is lifted, the lower end of the open lever 120 is pushing the blocking plate 112 by the action of the lever. And thus the blocking plate 112 is entered into the inside of the can 100 through the hole of the ring part 136 of the resilient plate 131.
At the same time, the lower end of the open lever 120 is pushing the projection part 135 of the guide part 130 to the one side, and thus the slot 133 engaged with the rivet 121 is sliding while the guide part 130 is moved to the one side.
At this time, because the space of the main outlet 111 is pulled in the state that the front end of the guide piece 132 upwardly formed from the ring part 136 of the guide part 130 is hung on the lower surface of upper plate 110, the hooking state is released, and thus the guide piece 132 is protruded to the outside of the main outlet 111 by the elastic force of the resilient plate 131 and the rear end of the resilient plate 131 is hung on the hanging protrusion 113, thereby distorting the shape of the resilient hole 134. When the guide piece 132 larger than the main outlet 111 is moved to one side, it moves to central part of a oval shape so as to be smoothly protruded to the outside.
Herein, when the open lever 120 is returned to the original position, the lower end of the open lever 120 is again returned to the original position. Therefore the guide part 130 is returned to the original position by elastic force generated while the resilient hole 134 is straightened.
At this time, because the guide piece 132 is protruded to the outside of the main outlet 111 of the upper plate 110, the hooking groove 137 of the guide piece 132 is closed to the end of the main outlet 111 in the hooked state, and thus the guide part 130 is fixed to the main outlet 111 in the protruded state.
On the other hand, because the hanging protrusions 113 of the upper plate 110 are downwardly formed at the left and right sides and the rear of the main outlet 111, the revolution of the guide part 130 can be prevented.
Therefore, it is good to drink soft drinks and other beverages in cans through the guide piece 132 of the guide part 130 formed on the main outlet 130.
As described above, the present invention provides a can comprising an upper plate, a main outlet, a blocking plate, and an open lever attached to the upper plate by a rivet, the blocking plate is bended to open the main outlet by the action of the lever when the open lever is upwardly lifted, wherein; said upper plate having a hanging protrusion formed on the upper plate at the predetermined position away from one end of the main outlet; and said open lever for folding the blocking plate attached to the main outlet of the upper plate to open the main outlet; said can further comprises a guide part coupled to the upper plate by the rivet and closely contacted to the main outlet in cooperation with the action of the open lever, thereby positioning the guide part at the main outlet when the can is opened, it is possible to enhance reliability and goodness of can products, and to guarantees to drink clean drinking water.
Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been disclosed for illustrative purpose, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, additions and substitutions are possible, without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention as disclosed in the accompanying claims.
