The invention concerns a device for presenting two-dimensional objects such as photographs, drawings or reproductions, comprising a frame (5), having a front face and a rear face, the rear face including on its internal edge a rabbet (6) wherein are designed to be placed a transparent plate (10) and a rigid and opaque backing plate (12), a two-dimensional object (11) to be displayed being inserted between said two plates and clamping means being provided to press the backing plate against the rabbet (6). The invention is characterised in that the frame (5) has positioning means located away from the rabbet (6) on the side of the front face of the frame, and the device comprises a second transparent plate (8) designed to be maintained by said positioning means and decorative three-dimensional objects (9) are placed in the gap between the two transparent plates.
