Abstract

The invention concerns a plate for serving cooked meals, characterised in that it heats, warms and keeps warm meals served in containers provided with armatures, by means of armatures, generator circuits powered by a link or connection to domestic current (mains), integrated in the plate.

Description

INDUCTOR TRAY POWERED BY SECTOR VOLTAGE

The invention relates to the production of a tray for the delivery of prepared meals served and presented in complete crockery.

The tray heats the main dish and or a starter and a soup, by means of an inductor circuit integrated in the tray. This circuit generates eddy currents in a conductive deposit located under or on the bottom of the heating vessels.

a) We know the French patent application FR 96 14 475 extended by PCT FR 97 02125 and WO 98/24270 which describes:

- a tray or table set incorporating a generator circuit, an inductor and a safety voltage source, for example a battery, or a capacitor, - a variant supplied with mains voltage, in particular for recharging the batteries,

- a variant, comprising a generator module supplied with mains voltage, distributing alternative safety voltages to supply several plates, - a variant in the form of a plate heater, supplied by the mains current.

b) We also know the application for a certificate of utility Fr 97 06059 which describes receptacles provided with armature suitable for such a tray.

c) We also know the principle of a generator associated with a specific inductor and armature, under the number Fr 98 02066 extended under PCT number FR 99 00372, which describes the principle of a secure induction, compatible with electromagnetic standards , starting exclusively in the presence of conforming armature. d) Finally, the logistics system for prepared meals is known, associating a tray containing an inductor circuit, a cover and finally a cold generator module, all portable and autonomous, for respecting the cold or hot chain during the delivery of meals. Claims

1) Tray for serving prepared meals, heating or keeping food warm in containers fitted with armature, characterized in that

- the tray 1 (Figure 1) has one or more inductors 3 (Figure 1) - the tray has one or more generator circuits 2 (Figure 1) supplied by the household voltage called mains voltage, 4 (Figure 1), delivering a current alternative to inductor circuits.

- The tray has a junction 4 with the mains or household voltage, in the form of a socket or connector or a connecting cord.

2) A tray according to claim 1 characterized in that the generator circuit (s) comprise a diode rectifier bridge 8 in figure 2. at least one switching transistor 7, at least one resonant capacitor 6, at least one switching control circuit 9 of the transistor (s).
