Abstract

The invention relates to an enterprise system comprising collaborators and incorporating life cycle management potentials of an operational process making it possible to provide a high degree of adaptation and evolution. The enterprise system runs on any computer network, such as a nested sub-process operation environment and with the dynamic collaboration of production agencies and agents. Each sub-process of the operational process is represented and managed by a production agency. Each participant is represented by an intelligent agent who supports the person's profiles. The agent participates in the process as an agent of the person owning it and it provides a dynamic and adaptive graphical interface to allow this person to participate in the process whatever the level desired. Each person (the owner, the participant or the initiator) participates in various potentials. Process-level communication allows production agencies and agents to exchange information on service management or service level agreements; perform indexing and deliver opinions; to negotiate; and publish their potentials. Meta-processes allow the management of transformations, risk management and evolution.
