In der zweiten Variante wird eine Smartcard oder eine entsprechende portable, beschreibbare Datenspeichereinrichtung, insbesondere ein USB-Stick, über den PC 5, welcher über eine derartige Schreibeinrichtung verfügt, geladen. Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung 1 weist bei dieser Ausführungsform eine entsprechende (nicht dargestellte) Leseeinrichtung auf. Allerdings kann gemäß einer dritten Variante auch der PC 5 über ein entsprechendes Steuerprogramm durch eine unmittelbare Verbindung, z. B. eine Kabel- oder Funkverbindung, wie oben angedeutet, mit der Vorrichtung 1 die entsprechende Steuerinformation an diese übermitteln. Der Vorteil der zweiten und dritten Varianten der Erfindung besteht in der Unabhängigkeit von einem INTERNET-Zugang. Gemäß einer vierten Variante kann auch die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung 1 über ein Funksignal angesteuert werden. Beispielsweise sind dazu GPS, GSM oder RDS Signale vorgesehen.
