Abstract

An electronic commerce system and method provides a transaction circumstance in which a product list shows a market condition or a just previous contract price of each product, so as to be a reference for a transaction between a seller and a buyer, and the buyer and the seller mutually corrects a purchase price and a sale price, respectively, in order to negotiate a contract price, to thereby enable both the buyer and the seller to perform a transaction on a satisfactory condition. A number of buyers and sellers access a home page of a system server providing a list of products on the home page of the system server connected to the Internet, a purchase registration column, and a sale registration column in response to the access of the terminal of the sellers and buyers and supports a simultaneous and multi-occuring electronic commerce.
