A device being appropriated to make notes of the valid time product is disclosed, the device comprising a printed or adhesive label or similar (1) being supplied with appropriated spaces to make notes (2) and (3) (Ex: Opened... day/month/year), (4) and (5) (ex: Valid until... day/month/year), thus forming an innovator device which offers technical, practical and functional advantages.

Description

DEVICE TO VALIDATE PRODUCTS
This request of patent invention is related to an original device to validate products, in general, which present their own characteristics and are able to distinguish their tecnical state, offering practical and operated advantages, assembling conditions to became valueted to the sought protection.
In general, the idea is about a label, adhesive or printed on the packaging of the products to enable the consumer to see the validated time from the opened products. Each product after been opened, has its particular useful time limited, which is determined by their characteristics, said by the manufacturer or maker.
The consumer, normaly, do not make a note on the packaging to know the day they opened the product and do not care about how many days this product can be opened in good conditions, good to be used, even though the majority of this products indicate this kind of information to control its use.
Acording to this aspect of the present invention, the idea was created to solve this kind of problems, introducing in the packagings, a label provided with spaces where everybody can make notes to know the day this product was opened and until when this product will be able to be used. This informations are said by the manufacturer or maker and in most times, are printed on its packagings.
To illustrate this report, you can see the following drawing which refers to the invent: FIGURE 1 - Shows in a summarylly draw, the label.
Comming to the draw, the invent comprises a printed or adhesive label or similar (1), with appropriated spaces to make notes (2) and (3), (ex: Opened... day/month/year), (4) and (5), (ex: Valid until... day/month/year), that is an innovator device which can offer tecnical, practical and functional advantages.

REQUIREMENT "DEVICE TO VALIDATE PRODUCTS", characterized by presenting a printed or adhesive label or similar (1), well-supplied with appropriated spaces to make notes (2) and (3) (ex: Opened... day/month/year), (4) and (5) (ex: Valid until... day/month/year), which forms an innovator device which offers tecnical, practical and functional advantages.
