Abstract

Structure de panneau pouvant être montée dans un véhicule afin de constituer une partie de l'intérieur de ce véhicule et consistant en une structure composite stratifiée, en un substrat de renforcement et en un ou plusieurs éléments ornementaux (15, 20) tournés vers l'intérieur du véhicule. Nouveau procédé servant à fabriquer cette structure de panneau et consistant à placer ces éléments ornementaux (15, 20) sur une surface (34) de moule, chacun de ces éléments ornementaux possédant une surface extérieure tournée vers la surface (34) du moule et des surfaces restantes non tournées vers la surface du moule. On pulvérise (42) une couche extérieure mince sur les surfaces restantes des éléments ornementaux et sur des parties de la surface du moule non recouvertes par ces éléments, de manière à faire adhérer cette couche extérieure aux éléments ornementaux et à intégrer la couche extérieure à ces éléments. On applique ensuite une formulation de résine au-dessus de la surface intérieure de la couche extérieure, tandis que cette dernière se trouve sur la surface du moule, de façon à créer une couche intérieure adhérant à la couche extérieure, ces couches intérieure et extérieure constituant ensemble la structure composite stratifiée.
