The prior invention which is included a blade, scissors and a nail file does not have a nail clipper. That is because there is not an enough space and a method to be attached a nail clipper. As shown in the Fig. 9 and Fig. 10, after two plates (100, 101 ) are faced with each other when one of the plates (100, 101) is bent at a regular angle. l ^ one tip of the plates of the normal nail clipper is fixed by welding and rivets. The other tip of the plates (100, 101), of which the edges are crooked and formed like a cutting edge (102), has a fixed gap, and a perforation (106) is formed on the part of the cutting dge (102) of the plates (100, 101) in order that a pin (103) which is formed a sill (104) downward may be inserted into. Thus, in case of using the nail clipper, if a user should turn the lever (105) and press the lever (105) after the bent (108) is adhered to the upper surface of the plates (100, 101), the cutting edges (102) which is formed on the front part of the plates (100, ι 101 ) are come in contact with each other, so that nails can be cut.
Accordingly, it was impossible to include a nail clipper into the pocket tool because the forward part which is formed a cutting edge is too thick to be indwelt m the pocket tool
Moreover, there is a problem which is that something can be collected m the 0 space between the plates because the forward part which is formed a cutting edge is too thick and trimmed nails can be flied away through the gap (109) between the plates because the gap (109) is too large.
Recently, a nail clipper which is almost removed this gap has been manufactured, which is tπmmed nails may not be flied away and the appearance is good, -. however, the above-mentioned nail clipper is produced by the way of grinding not the way of pressing.
As shown in the Fig. 11 to 13, a lever (31), which is inserted into a space (15) of a fixed body (14) of which the front part is formed a cutting edge (11) and the rear part is formed a supporting flat (12) for fixing a elasticity plate (21), is folded by 0 combination using a pm (41). And the front part (22) of the elasticity plate (21) that is bent upward is placed on a sill (32) which is formed on the front of the lever (31 ), so that the lever (31) and the fixing body (14) have a gap in a fixed angle when the nail clipper is not used
At this moment, when the rear part the lever (31) is pressed, the elasticity plate
(21 ) is pressed, and the cutting edges (11, 34) are come in contact with each other in order to cut the fingernails. This operation is to be repeated.
After that, when the user does not use the nail clipper, it is not comfortable to bring or keep it because of the gap, so a nail file (61), which is to be folded using the pm (51 ) which is inserted in the perforations (16) which are formed at the rear part of the fixing body (14), is formed and covers the lever (31), so that the lever (31) presses the elasticity plate (21) and when the elasticity plate (21) is not pressed anymore because of the sill (32), the rear part (33) of the lever (31) which is bent is pressed, in this case, when the rear part (33) is pressed enough, the nail file (61) is to cover from the rear part of the lever (31), so the surface of the goods is even and the entire appearance is favorable.
After that, when the user tries to open the nail file (61) in order to use the nail clipper, the nail file (61) is to be open in an instant by the returning power of the rear part (33) of the lever (31). However, this sill (32) and the cutting edges (34) of the lever (31 ) and the cutting edge (11) and supporting flat (12) can never be made by the way of pressing and should be made by the way of grinding using a grinding machine or a lathe. So, in case of manufacturing using the lathe, a precision processing and standardization is possible, but the productivity is low. Moreover, in case of manufacturing using the grinding machine, it should be hand-made, which is not possible to be standardized and to be processed precisely, and that makes impossible to function as the nail clipper. For this precision processing, because a lot of efforts and time are to be needed, a favorable waste of materials causes the rising of production cost which means the productivity gets to be low, so it is not possible to produce in large quantities and provide the
consumer in a cheaper price.
Discussion of Related Art
The present invention is provided in order to solve the above problem, it is made by the way of pressing, so that one side of the handle of the pocket tool has a groove for a metal board, and the other side is filled with the nail chpper which is consisted of a fixing body and a fixing board which is connected to the lever and the fixing body. The nail clipper is folded using a hmge and inserted by an elasticity- maintenance power.

The embodiment of this invention is described as shown in the Fig 2 and 3 the
nail clipper is folded into a groove (lb) of the cover body (1) by a hmge (9), and the said nail clipper is fixed by the combination of the fixing spots (4a) of the hinge (9) with the perforation (4) using the screw and the hmge (9) is combined with a perforation (16) of the lever ( 14) by a pin (51 ) ^ As shown in the Fig 2 A, one side of a cover body (1) which is adhered on the one metal board (200) of the pocket tool has a groove (la) m order to be inserted a metal board (200) and the top of the other side is formed a diaphragm (2) which has a legular depth in the cover body (1) in order to be inserted the nail clipper and two peiiorations (4) are formed on the rear part of the other groove (lb) in the same line of a 0 sciev, hole (201) which is formed on a metal board (200)
As shown in the Fig 3, the lever and the fixing body (14) are combined and folded with a pm (41) through the perforation (35) and two supporting sides (10) are formed symmetrically at the forward part of the fixing body (14) which is formed a cutting edge (11), and prominent and depressed part (8a) is formed at a part of the -*. above-mentioned supporting sides (10) and a sill (10a) and the perforations (16) aie formed the outside of the rear part Thus, the said prominent and depressed part (8a) and the piomment and depressed part (8) of a fixing plate (6) are engaged with each othei so that the elasticity plate (21) that is bent upward with the fixing plate (6) supports the lever (31 ) and repeats it 0 The lever (31) is folded and inserted into a space (15) with pin (41), as shown in the Fig 4, a cutting edge (34) is formed on the forward part of the lever (31) which is folded being inserted in the space (15) of fixing body (14) and a groove (7a) which has a sill is formed on the rear part and diaphragms (5) are formed a perforation (35) ouside of the two sides of the groove (7a)
At this point, the groove (7a) has a shallow depth backward and with a result that 3 protrusion (7) is formed on the opposite side, so that the appearance of it is favorable with sustaining a heavy load. The sill (32) is formed on the groove (7a) in order that the front part (22) of the elasticity plate (21) which is bent upward can be held, 5 and the diaphragms (5) are formed at the two sides of groove (7a) in order that the nail clipper may sustain the heavy load for a long time when the nail clipper is used.
Moreover, in order to press-making the lever (14), as shown in the Fig. 5, the cutting edge (11) on its forward part and two supporting sides (10) are formed symmetrically on the fixing body (14) and the prominent and depressed part (8a) is 10 place1 on the rear part of the fixing body (14), the supporting sides (10) of the fixing body (14) is formed the prominent and depressed part, and the sill (10a) and the protrusion are made by the press, the part that formed the prominent and depressed part is bent in a right angle to the same direction of forming the cutting edge (11).
At this point, as shown in the Fig 7, another method for combining the fixing l ^ board (6) with the prominent and depressed part (8a) of the fixing body (14) is that the groove (10b) is formed through the two supporting sides (10) of the fixing body ( 14) and the fixing board (6) is inserted into it, fixed and never separated.
Furthermore, in order the fixing board (6) that may not be dissembled with the prominent and depressed part (8a) of the fixing body (14), as shown in the Fig. 7A, a 20 groove (8d) is formed in order that the supporting wing (8c) is formed on the forward part of the protrusion (8b) which forms the prominent and depressed part. Therefore, when the prominent and depressed part (8a) of the lever (14) is pressed, the supporting wing (8c) is open and the fixing board (6) does not slip away.
In addition, the sill (10a) is formed on the rear part of the supporting side (10)
just because when the lever (14) is inserted into the groove (lb) of the cover body (1 ), the lever ( 14) can be inserted exactly and folded. And the fixing spots (4a) of the hinges (9) are formed at the right and left side, so that the screws can be conflicted each other, and the forward part (33) of the lever (31) can be placed on the gap, because in case that
5 the nail clipper is inserted into the cover body (1), the fixing spots (4a) is combined with the hole (4).
Furthermore, as shown in the Fig. 8, an opening part (la) which is round is formed on the forward part or the diaphragm (2) of the cover body (1) in order to facilitate taking out the nail clipper after the nail clipper is inserted into the cover body l() ( 1 ). and as shown in the Fig. 6, the fixing spots (4a) of the hinge (9) can be also combined with the groove (201) of the metal board (200) without using the cover body
(1 ).
As shown in the Fig. 7A, when a user uses only the nail clipper, the pipe (9a) of the cover board (60) is inserted into the perforation (16) on the rear part of the fixing 15 body ( 14) with the pin (51 ), and a hanger is installed between the pipe (9a).
Accordingly, as the nail clipper of the present invention is made by the way of pressing and assembling, the front part of the elasticity plate (21) which is bent upward can be hooked on the sill (32) of the lever (31) while the lever is inserted into the space of the fixing body (14), so that the thick nail can be cut because the lever (31 ) and the 20 fixing body (14) have a free angle. The nail clipper is to be inserted into the cover body (1 ) by the elasticity-maintenance power of the elasticity plate (21) that operates the lever and the elasticity-maintenance power of the lever (31).
As described above, the lever and the fixing body of the nail clipper inserted into the present invention is produced by the way of pressing and fixed by the fixing
spots and the pin, so that the nail clipper can be provided in a reasonable price and can be attached to the pocket tool for the various uses.
