Description

TITLE OF INVENTION
ADVERTISING DEVICE FOR AN AQUARIUM USING FLOATING MATERIAL
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE I NVENTION
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD BELONGING TO THE INVENTION AND PRIOR ART OF THE FIELD
The present invention relates to an advertising device for an aquarium using floating material, and more particularly to an advertising device for an aquarium using floating material adapted to dispense with a separate driving device but to install therein an advertising device liftable at a predetermined period of time to thereby expect an advertising effect in addition to function of an aquarium.
Furthermore, the advertising device may by added with a structure that can fit in individual designs such as family photos or general photos instead of advertising materials for use as liftable frame or frame-cum-light in the aquarium. The device may be used as interior facilities or formative setup.
Generally, an aquarium is a transparent square body in which aquarium fishes are inserted for enjoyment of eyes, such that its function is limited and its use effect cannot be maximized.
In other words, an aquarium is concentratively observed by many and unspecified persons, such that if the aquarium is provided with advertising means, an advertisement effect can be expected, but so far no aquarium has been provided with such advertising function. An aquarium with an advertisement board or a signboard put up thereof has been occasionally seen, but an advertisement effect cannot be maximized with the fixed board therein.
An aquarium with movable advertisement device or device with movable thing installed therein has been therefore proposed to maximize an advertisement effect.
However, there is a problem in installation of an advertisement device with movement in an aquarium in that a separate power apparatus has to be set up therein, increasing power and energy consumption.
Still worse, if the advertisement device is fast in moving speed, inhabitable condition for fishes can be deteriorated, such that the speed should be adequately adjusted, resulting in installation of separate speed control device for controlling the speed
TECHNICAL SUBJECT TO BE ACCOMPLISHED BY THE INVENTION
The present invention is disclosed to solve the aforementioned problems and it is an object of the present invention to provide an advertising device for an aquarium using floating material adapted to dispense with a separate driving device but to install therein an advertising device liftable at a predetermined period of time to thereby maximize an advertising effect in addition to function of an aquarium.
In accordance with the object of the present invention, there is provided an advertising device for an aquarium using floating material, the device comprising: an advertising board body so coupled to vertically slide as much as a predetermined distance according to buoyance of bubbles generated by a bubble generator disposed in a transparent square case and formed with an advertising design at one side thereof; and a floating material arranged within the advertising board body to selectively provide a buoyance to the advertising board body.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
Figure 1 is an inner perspective representation of an advertising device in an aquarium utilizing a floating material according to the present invention; and
Figure 2 is an inner perspective representation of advertising device according to the present invention.
STRUCTURE AND OPERATION OF THE INVENTION
The advertising device for an aquarium using a floating material according to the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Figure 1 is an inner perspective representation of an advertising device in an aquarium using a floating material according to the present invention while Figure 2 is an inner perspective illustration of advertising device according to the present invention.
As illustrated in the drawings, an advertising device 60 inherently disposed in a transparent aquarium includes an advertising board body (30. hereinafter referred to as body) so coupled to vertically slide as much as a predetermined distance according to buoyance of bubbles generated by a bubble generator disposed in a transparent square case 10 and formed with an advertising design at one side thereof; and a floating material 40 arranged within the body 30 to selectively provide a buoyance thereto. The body 40 is constructed to be of a square box having a space therein The inner space is respectively formed with diaphragms 50, each having a distance therebetween, such that a floating plate-shaped material 40 is located between a space formed by diaphragms 50 to move vertically therebetween and ventilations 32 are formed on the diaphragms 50 each at a predetermined distance to allow bubbles generated from a bubble generator 14 to be discharged upwards Each diaphragm 50 is formed at both bottom sides thereof with a guide lateral wall 34 having a slant 36 at one side thereof
Furthermore, the floating material 40 coupled to the diaphragms 50 within the body 30 is of an approximately thin square plate and is disposed thereunder with a rotating plate 46 coupled by a pin so as to rate in forward and backward directions.
The rotating plate 46 is respectively and horizontally formed at both lower ends thereof with hitching protruders 48, where each hitching protruder 48 vertically slide on the slant 36 of the guide lateral wall 34 formed at lower
Figure imgf000006_0001
Meanwhile, the transparent case 10 is provided thereon with a lid plate
12 and is installed at both inner walls thereof with upper and lower guides 20 and 22 each having a slant of 45 degrees, each being attached at a gap therebetween at least 1.5 times wider than the upper/lower heights of the advertising device 60.
The advertising device for an aquarium using a floating material according to the present invention thus constructed has inherently the device 60 within the transparent case where the device 60 vertically moves at a predetermined period of time to thereby provide a dynamic advertising effect. Furthermore, the device 60 is vertically moved by buoyance of bubbles generated by bubber generator 14 which is a must for an aquarium, such that the device can be operated without any additional power source.
In other words, an operation principle of the present invention can be summarized as below.
First of all, the advertising device 60 equipped within the transparent case 10 of an aquarium 100 sinks by means of its weight to the bottom of the transparent case 10 when the bubble generator 14 is not operated, where the rotating plate 46 rotatively coupled to the floating material 40 cannot sink to the bottom of the transparent case 10 unlike the body 30 respective hitching protruders 48 formed thereunder being in contact with the lower guide 22, to thereby be hitched by an upper jaw 38 of the guide lateral wall 34 formed at the bottom of the body 30.
Because the hitching protruder 48 formed at both lower ends of the rotating plate 46 is hitched by the upper jaw 38 of the guide lateral wall 34, the floating material 40 is distanced from the diaphragm 50 and sealing rubbers 44 each formed at an upper side 42 of the floating material 40 seals each ventilation 32 formed at the upper surface of the body 30
When a power is supplied to generate bubbles under this circumstance, the bubbles float in the water to continuously be infused into the body 30 positioned thereon
The bubbles (not shown) are accumulated on an upper inner surface of the body 30 to form an air layer and to gradually generate a greater buoyance, and the device 60 cannot stand the growing buoyance at a certain time to thereby float and to move the transparent case 10 upwards
Meanwhile, the present invention is displayed with a predetermined shape of advertising design (not shown) at one side of the body 30 forming the device 60, such that the rising device 60 creates a dynamic advertising effect.
When the advertising device 60 rising to the buoyance of bubbles generated by bubble generator 14 reaches a certain marginal point, the hitching protruder 48 formed at a lower end of the rotating plate 46 contacts the upper guide 20 attached to inner wall of the transparent case 10 to deviate from the upper jaw 38 of the guide lateral wall 34 by the contact force thereof and simultaneously the floating material 40 connected to the rotating plate 46 descends by its own weight.
Successively, the sealing rubber 44 is detached along with the descent of the floating material 40 to open the ventilations 32 respectively formed on the body 30 A large quantity of air accumulated in the body 30 is discharged through the ventilations 32 to drop the buoyance and to gradually descend the body 30.
As apparent from the foregoing, there is advantage in the advertising device for an aquarium using floating material thus constructed in that the advertising device 60 equipped within the transparent case 10 in an aquarium 100 continuously and repeats lifting operation according to bubbles generated by the bubble generator 14 to maximize a dynamic advertising effect and to simultaneously maximize an advertising effect, especially at night, with a separate lighting device 16 installed at bottom of the aquarium 10.
EFFECT OF THE INVENTION
There is an advantage in the advertising device for an aquarium using a floating material thus described in that an advertising device displayed with a predetermined shape of advertising design is inherently disposed within an transparent aquarium, while the advertising device is inherently provided to vertically slide as much as a predetermined distance by buoyance of bubbles generated by a bubble generator disposed in a transparent square case, where the device comprises an advertising board body formed at one side thereof with an advertising design and a floating material for adjusting buoyance of the body, such that the device dispenses with separate driving device to maximize the advertising effect repeatedly at a predetermined period of time in addition to function of an aquarium according to the vertically sliding advertising device.
