Abstract

L'invention concerne une application logicielle de langage hypertexte (HTML) de services financiers d'un poste de travail, installée sur un réseau interne d'une entreprise cliente d'une institution bancaire. On peut également soumettre à la banque, électroniquement et directement, une demande de compte au moyen de signatures numérisés et signer de manière numérisée les formulaires de demande électroniques. De même, des demandes présentées en ligne de cartes de crédit, de lignes de crédit, de prêt-automobile, de prêt de transformation de l'avoir propre foncier, et d'hypothèques de premier rang peuvent être soumises à la banque soit électroniquement par le biais de l'Internet public, soit par télécopie ou par courrier.The invention relates to a hypertext language (HTML) software application for workstation financial services, installed on an internal network of a client company of a banking institution. Through this application, employees of the company can access, from their personal computer (PC) at their workstation, a whole set of retail financial services. Said application provides access to the following services: online banking transactions, brokerage with reduced commissions, investment services, insurance, credits and loans. Employees can complete account request forms online, print and sign forms, submit account requests by mail or fax. An account request can also be submitted electronically and directly to the bank using digital signatures, and electronic request forms can be signed digitally. Likewise, online applications for credit cards, lines of credit, car loan, home equity transformation loan, and first mortgage can be submitted to the bank either electronically by through the public Internet, either by fax or mail.
