Abstract

L'invention concerne un système informatisé configuré pour faire communiquer plusieurs interfaces utilisateurs et permettre la création d'actifs à court terme. Le système comprend une interface de donneur d'option, une interface de preneur d'option, une interface d'institution financière, et une interface de compagnie d'assurance, l'ensemble étant organisé comme suit. Un donneur d'option ayant la capacité d'acheter des biens ou des services, dans le cadre d'un échange, conclut avec un preneur un contrat d'achat d'options réciproque pour une durée déterminée et selon des conditions convenues. Le preneur reçoit le contrat d'achat d'options réciproque associé à un indicateur, sous la forme d'un nombre connu d'unités d'achat réciproque, lesquelles sont retirées une fois les biens ou les services achetés dans le cadre de ce contrat. Le preneur d'option concède un actif au donneur d'option. L'institution financière achète du preneur d'option des créances qui sont libérées conformément aux dispositions du contrat. La compagnie d'assurance conclut avec l'institution financière un contrat d'assurance garantissant que, pendant la durée déterminée, l'institution financière recevra, dans le cadre du contrat d'achat d'options réciproque, un paiement propre à couvrir les créances achetées.
