Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une âme absorbante destinée à une couche-culotte, le procédé consistant: à prendre une feuille (12) non tissée, la feuille (12) non tissée comprenant trois trisections (24, 26, 28) longitudinales coextensives, une trisection (24) centrale et deux trisections (26, 28) extérieures, ainsi que trois trisections (18, 20, 22) latérales coextensives dénommées partie avant (18), partie de fourche (20) et partie arrière (22); à appliquer un polymère (32) surabsorbant uniquement sur les parties (18, 20) avant et de fourche de la trisection (24) longitudinale centrale de la feuille (12) non tissée; puis à plier au moins partiellement les deux trisections longitudinales extérieures du non tissé sur le polymère (32) surabsorbant en un pliage triple de manière à former une âme absorbante en sandwich comprenant une couche inférieure formée de la feuille non tissée, une couche du polymère surabsorbant et deux couches supérieures formées de la feuille non tissée.
