Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil d'interconnexion d'un premier réseau (10) à l'aide d'un premier protocole de message SMS (service de messages courts) et un second réseau (15) à l'aide d'un second protocole de message SMS pour permettre des transmissions de messages SMS entre les premier et second réseaux. Un noeud (20) interconnecte les premier et second réseaux et il est configuré pour recevoir un message SMS de chacun des réseaux. Le noeud (20) comprend un module (25) réagissant à la réception de messages SMS (65, 135) des premier et second réseaux afin d'extraire des données SMS du message SMS (65, 135) dans un premier format, et pour structurer les données SMS extraites en un second message SMS (75, 145) pour l'autre réseau d'un format différent. Le message restructuré (75, 145) est alors transmis à l'autre réseau.
