Abstract

The poultry drinker adopted to cooperation with water valve connected to the water supply line, consisting essentially of dripping cup (1) over which in the vertical axis are located water valve (3) cooperating with water supply pipe (4), through it influence on the control spindle (5) of the water valve (3). In the upper part of the dripping cup (1), are from the outer side formed notch (6), after which the walls have thickness reduced to G1, with other walls with thickness g, with fulfilled condition 0,1g < g1 < g, forming deflecting flow collar (7).

Description

Poultry drinker
The object of the present invention is poultry drinker particularly effectively used in farm production.
As a guide to better understanding certain features of the present invention, it may be noted that at the present time there are known following kinds of the poultry drinkers: dosage, gutter, drop, reversible, disk, indo cup and swish cup.
The weak point of the known solutions is bigger water splashing on the bedding.
There are also known from description of registered design no. W 100682 poultry drop drinker realisation with three-way frame in form of horizontal arms with harpoon ends and with vertical shank, on which end, through fast connector, are mounted head with the hole. In the hole are mounted the pin connected to the packing, over which are located ring and pressure spring inside the shank. On the end is mounted ring packing connection between shank and head.
The essence of the present invention is adopted to cooperation with water valve connected to water feeding pipe, poultry drinker construction containing the dripping cup over which in the vertical axis are mounted the valve cooperating with water feeding pipe through its influence on the water valve control spindle. In the upper part of the dripping cup, on the outer side, were formed notch, after which the walls forming deflecting flow collar are thinned to thickness gi compare with other walls thickness g with fulfilled condition 0,1 g < gi < g. The dripping cup of capacity V has in the lower part formed tank of capacity v-i with fulfilled condition v^O.2 v.
In the solution according to the present invention usage of the dripping cup, with the notch located on the determined height allowing possibility to form a deflecting flow collar around the drinker. It is also creating the possibility to water small nestling when the collar is deflected down and big birds as well, when the collar is deflected up, protecting bedding before water splashing from the beak which now returning to the drinker. Important feature of the solution is, that double drinker not require additional parts. The most important function of the collar is particularly protection against water splashing from the birds beaks, that means less splashed water creating lower level of ammonia generated in the bedding, giving in consequence healthier environment in the compartment and healthier birds. There are also reduced needs for additional bedding, lowered amount of used manure and also reduced requirement of workforce and equipment. Among important advantages are also reduced water consumption and reduced environment contamination by ammonia and wet manure.
In the solution according to the present invention connection of the water valve (for example ejector) with water supplying pipe to the dripping cup protecting full emptying of the ejector. The bird drinking form the dripping cup, getting out of plumb supplying pipe opening the water supply to the dripping cup. If lower the level of water in the dripping pipe, then dipper the bird reaching, opening the water supply more and for longer time. If higher the level of the water in the dripping cup than shallow the bird reaching, opening the water supply smaller and for shorter time. In that way the water in the dripping cup is maintained by birds at the same level, that depends from the pressure in the feeding line and also mutual location between ejector with cover and dripping cup.
The poultry drinker according to the present invention to be characterised by simply, light and compact construction, ability to create series of types of different dimension and simple service. The drinkers could be mounted as hinged up singularly around the room with individual water supply, and also in the drinking lines with central water supply. The high quality from technical and application point of view of the drinker according to the present invention creating possibilities of wide application to water poultry in the farm production, mainly turkeys, broilers and breeding herds, turkeys and broilers, as nestlings so big birds weighing over twenty kilograms.
Object of the present invention in the effect example are presented on the sample drawing with schematic view of the cross-section of poultry drinker with conical dripping cup.
The poultry drinker according to the present invention consists of dripping cup A with capacity v, having in the lower part formed tank 2 with capacity v1( with respect to the condition Vι<0,2v.
Over the dripping cup 1 in the vertical axis are located water valve 3 cooperating with water supply pipe 4 through its influencing movement up-down or getting out of plumb on the control spindle 5 of the water valve 3. In the upper part of the dripping cup A, on the outer side are formed notch 6, after which the walls have reduced thickness gi against the thickness g of remain walls with fulfilled condition 0,1g<gι<q, forming deflecting flow collar 7. The water valve 6 is connected to water supply line 8.

Claims

What is claimed is:
1. The poultry drinker adopted to cooperation with water valve connected to the water supply line, consisting essentially of dripping cup (1) over which in the vertical axis are located water valve (3) cooperating with water supply pipe (4), through it influence on the control spindle (5) of the water valve (3). In the upper part of the dripping cup (1), are from the outer side formed notch (6), after which the walls have thickness reduced to g-i, with other walls with thickness g, with fulfilled condition 0.1g<gι<q. forming deflecting flow collar (7).
2. The poultry drinker according to claim 1 consisting essentially of the dripping cup (1) with capacity v with formed in the lower part tank (2) with capacity vι, according to the condition vι<0,2 v.
