Description

CAUSE , IN VITRO DETERMINATION AND ERADICATION OF CANCER
The Technical Field
This invention applies to origin and way of extracorporeal identification of malignant and other disorder of human organism based on blood ions and to a stuff compound as blood stimulant.
The Contemporary State of the Art
In spite of long time research no satisfactory conclusions have been reached in the question of mainly malignant disease creation identification until now.
Determination of causation of malignant disease and its early treatment has not been satisfactory solved up to now as well. Nevertheless the earliest diagnostics of malignant proliferation is a key requirement of its satisfactory treatment. It has been possible to identify the malignant disease in human body corresponding to 109 malignant cells, which represents a mass of about 1 gram. At this stage the organism is already changed and is mostly under control of carcinogenic mechanism. The problem resides in a possibility of malignant proliferation determination at lower identification levels, it means in more precise initial diagnostics, which is not achievable by methodology used until now.
Another weakness of current diagnostic methods is the fact, that the diagnosis mostly detects an affection of single organs or maybe organ groups, for which there subsist different usually very expensive procedures from the point of instruments or laboratory methods and economics.
It is known, that the malignant proliferation, consequently cancer, is directly inflicted by oncogenous viruses, which mutate DNA in such a way, that a cell begins to proliferate in an avalanche-like - malignant manner. This malignant- mutation influence was explicitly demonstrated at some chemical agents as benzpyrene, tar, asbestos et al. The mutation influence was demonstrated at most kinds of radiation as well. It is rather difficult to determine this deviation and its causation at the earliest beginning, because malignant proliferation progresses out of control and expansively to the detriment of surrounding tissue and also without tissue differences.
It was found out and it is known, that stress is one of carcinogens, which can weaken the immune system as to infections and diseases.
The up to now knowledge and identification techniques are not capable to detect the so called ..carcinogenic mood of organism" at the stage, when malignant proliferation does not exceed the level of separate cell groups affection yet and it does not appear in a macroscopic range.
Present treatment and research are focused rather on tumor liquidation then on a research of a core causation of this disease.
The Nature of the Invention
The contemporary state disadvantages are minimized by in this invention proposed elucidation of causation and a way of extracorporeal identification of malignant and other disorders in human organism, as well as a stuff compound acting as blood stimulant, which is evaluated in accordance with this invention, subject of which consists in the fact, that in malignant proliferation mechanism there play an important role limbic system and stress, which acts as carcinogen and immune system regulator simultaneously.
Key mechanism of behavior and cell reaction to stress is a system of Na+, K+ and adenosine triphosphate (ATP) in cooperation with other ions assuming necessity of minimum two carcinogens - stressors in malignant proliferation aetiology. Psychic stress as a whole organism mobilizer plays main role of initiation mechanism. In relation to the psychic stress there is activated the area of Saley strain, which is represented by limbic system with an axis hypothalamus - adrenal - thymus, when adrenaline egested to blood circulation influences the level of ions Na+, K+, Ca+ and by irritation of adrenal cortex even the level of glucocorticoids. By activation of mineral-corticoids and of human chorio-gonadotropine (HCG) the nerve impulse - stress at the same time transmits ions Na+ to each individual cell not only by vegetative nerve system, but also by omnipresent blood, which acts as general neurotransmitter.
The impulse transmission influences the blood ion concentration levels of sodium (Na+), potassium (K+) and calcium (Ca+), which are substantial for an impulse - stress transmission to each individual cell in organism, especially to cells of immune system. The cells change remarkably electric potential of their cell membranes from previous state, including influence behavior of receptors - their shifting in for antigens, or possibly their shifting out depending on the membranes' electric potential level.
In such a way inhospitable intracellular conditions arise when intracellular organelles are influenced. These cellular changes can generate an activation of mutagenous herpetic EB viruses, which have in 80% the same chain sequence as immunosuppressive interleucine 10 (IL-10). It means, that EBV is immunosuppressive as like as IL-10, so that it suppresses the immune system as regards to a malignant disease. 95% of world population is EBV positive and so only slight activation of this virus is sufficient for initiation of immunosuppression. People having antibodies against this virus or who experienced mononucleosis, have antibodies against EB virus as well as against interleucinelO (IL-10) immunosuppressor itself, so they cannot contract a cancer.
In cooperation with HCG and thyme function suppression, when misactivation of T-lymphocytes occurs, which interrupt to produce interleucine 3 (IL-3), which does not activate macrofages and T-helpers' lymphocytes, on the contrary the Ts suppressor lymphocytes, which suppress the immune system, become active. The in such a way multiplied cell colonies continue in immunosuppressivity through their metabolites like alpha 1 phetoprotein at simultaneous suppression of human chorio-gonadotropine (HCG) influence. When at least one additional carcinogen occurs, it creates a region of malignant proliferation predisposed cells.
The subject is as well an elucidation, that in case of extremely positive reaction to stress there appears an allergic disease and that extremely negative reaction to stress could initiate malignant proliferation.
The subject is as well a way of extracorporeal identification of malignant proliferation and other illnesses, which is convenient mainly for identification of cancer in human organism. By laboratory blood analysis of examined person there are determined ion concentration levels of sodium (Na+), potassium (K+) and calcium (Ca+), the relative ratio of which determines the level of these ions in intracellular space simultaneously. From the ratio of sodium (Na+) and potassium (K+) ion contents (V) there is calculated stress constant Cs = VNa / Vκ, where
Stress constant lower value Csl = 30,
Stress constant upper value Csu = 33,
Stress constant pathological lower value Csp = 36. A carcinogenic constant (Cc) is evaluated subsequently as the ratio of stress constant (Cs) and content of calcium ions (Ca+) in blood, Cc = Cs/ VCa, where
Carcinogenic constant lower value (Ccl) = 12,0 [(mmol/l)"1],
Carcinogenic constant upper value (Ccu) = 13,2 [(mmol/l)"1].
Nerve-impulses are transmitted in vegetative and somatic nervous systems by sodium ions. Cells are nourished with the help of adenosine-triphosfate pump. It means, that nerve-impulse is not transmitted to cell by vegetative nerves only, but with the help of blood as well. The blood contains also ions, which thanks to their mutual concentrations transfer this impulse. In reality it means prolongation of Saley strain.
Thus we can say, that blood acts as general purpose and omnipresent neurotransmitter. So that nerve-impulses are transmitted by nerve system and blood as well. In such case we can distinguish short time impulses of high intensity - vegetative ones and long time impulses of lower intensity - transferred by blood. Stress acts to the immune system by oscillations created due to chaotic principle of nerve and blood systems (see figure No. 1 ). Stress is transmitted in organism by the help of sodium - potassium pump, so by ions, by nerves and blood.
The base of proposed extracorporeal identification is comparison of stress constant Cs value with its optimum value. When Cs is higher then 36,0, it could be malignant disease. The more permanently increased is that value, the more probably is pathologic state. When Cs is lower then 36,0, it could be a possible bacterial, virus attack, and when Cs is lower than 31 ,7, it is an allergic disease.
The subject is as well a comparison of carcinogenic constant (Cc) with its optimum value, where in case of Cc value higher then optimum value it corresponds to a state with occurance of illnesses, even a cancer initiation and Cc value lower then optimum value corresponds to an allergic state.
This identification including the above mentioned calculation is repeated several times. Blood transmits nerve impulses round the whole organism, even to cells, which blood consists by itself - immune leucocytes and somatic cells, and transfers this crisis to them. A cell, which is damaged by other way as well, can do nothing like to run away or to defend, and as does not exist a place to run away, a cell starts to multiply by EBV and initiates immunosuppression simultaneously.
This phenomenon in known even from the plant kingdom. The cell activates a self-retain instinct and the law of genus and species preservation appears. It initiates the proliferation of a new quality - tumor, with an agreement of the whole organism, which reacts to the present stress state in this way.
Parallel to this state is gravidity. The conceptus descending along the salpinx to uterus is a strange element for the maternal organism. Only due to protheolytic enzyme it changes to autogenous one. By comparison of foetus growth curve and tumor growth curve we receive a closed curve.
The base of malignant tumor liquidation consists of neurotransmitter implementation, which adjusts cell membrane potentials to initiate reverse effect and so to activate immune cells. Parallel to this a total modification of tissue rinsing environment is necessary, not to initiate a new reverse process. It is necessary to exclude cytostatics and so to prevent a later malignant disease attack due to destruction of immune cells.
The proposed computer software enables from laboratory blood analysis of sodium (Na+), potassium (K+) and calcium (Ca+) ions to identify immediately the pathologic risk of organism by starting malignant proliferation or allergic disease. Further it calculates from the analysed values the masses of (Na+), (K+) and (Ca+) for the therapeutic stuff compound acting as blood stimulant.
The invention priority is mainly the fact, that it enables to identify malignant proliferation even before the stage of clinical detection, that means even with a mass lower than 1 gram, which is not possible to reach by contemporary mechanismes. So it is possible to trace even malignant „mood" of organism. Basic advantage is as well the extracorporeal identification of malignant disease. The proposed solution is very simple and commonly accessible, economically undemanding, very easy repeatable, standardized on all working places and thus comparable, it is possible to screen in very cheap way unlimited sample of people and to examine simultaneously the whole body even in risk stages of malignant proliferation.
The fundamental advantage is economic accessible examination and a successive quite undemanding procedure with a quick come-back of people to working process and their saving from death, what plays an important role from the national economy point of view.
Comments to Figures
Enclosed No. 1 figure shows in graphic way the course of stress oscillation changes during impulse transmission in blood and in vegetative nerve system and the influence of cell membrane electric potential by stress oscillations.
No. 2 figure shows the evaluation of extracorporeal identification result in graphic way, mainly of human malignant disease, including the calculation of stated element ions for 100 g of stuff compound.
No. 3 figure shows the table of calculation of the Na, K, Ca ion content in the stuff - RESTIMOSOL
An Example
It flows from practice, that most of malignant diseases result on the basis of so called viroses and it is apparent, that this means herpetic type of EB virus in relation with the known symptoms of patients, which respond to clinic signs, so that it initiates immunosuppression.
The illness has not to be quite apparent, but it could proceed latently, as spring fatigue or common fatigue, which could be associated only with light febriles or subfebriles, plainly said with unpalpable easy to overlook symptoms. Newertheless the mentioned EBV is rigidly bound to cell so that it multiplies by geometric series as a virus.
By the help of mineralcorticoides directly acting to cells, during the stress the ration of sodium and potassium in blood circulation is changed, which is transferred by the surrounding environment even to these subsystems. Cells are stressed - they receive the signal of real danger and extra- and intracellular concentrations equalize through membranes to equal values. It explains even a fact, that the blood as transmitter of stress signal acts as a general neurotransmitter.
The electric potential changes on cell membranes during this process. Characteristics of cell membrane change simultaneously in such a way, that receptors shift in for antigens, or possibly shift out, depending on the electric potential of membrane. It creates so called predenaturate state of cell peptide membrane.
From the cell ion ration it is possible to specify the state of organism, or possibly the immune system attenuation and illness risk. The stress constant Cs = VNa / Vκ, where VNa and Vκ are ion contents in blood plasma in mmol/l. The optimum stress constant value for healthy organism is Cs = 31 ,7. By Cs lower than 31 ,7 there is an allergic patient - an allergic organism, by Cs lower then 36,0 there is a possible bacterial, virus attack. By Cs higher then 36,0 it means possible malignant disease risk. By permamently such increased level it means pathologic state.
For more detailed expression of patient state durability it was developed a relation, covering even the content of Ca ions in the cell. The carcinogenic constant Cc = Cs/VCa, where VCa present the content of calcium ions of plasma in mmol/l. By Cc higher then the optimum value it corresponds to a patient with possible cancer initiation, by Cc lower to an allergic patient.
This way is useable with advantage for identification of tuberculosis, rheumatoid illnesses, diabetes mellitus, cancer, allergies, etc. The by stress influenced cell - cell membrane, changes even the internal cell environment to having some inhospitable conditions. Due to close of sodium channels mitochondria are damaged and so the transfer of adenosine triphosphate is disturbed. In such case an EBV type virus is activated (probably cytomegalovirus), which forces the cell to self-retain multiplication. That multiplication is the initiation of malignant proliferation supported by EBV immunosuppression analogically to IL-10.
The multiplied cell need not necessary contain EBV, its multiplication is allowed by the presence of EBV as immunosuppressor of IL-12 and HCG and at the same time thyme suppression takes place, which does not activate T- lymphocytes. They cease the production of interleucin 3 (IL-3), so that a misactivation of macrofages and T-helpers' lymphocytes occur, but due to real danger Ts suppressor lymphocytes activate and continue in further suppression of the immune system - defence mechanismes. The malignant cell initiated in this way may continue its multiplication in environment of increased content of Na+, other signal transfer is not possible.
By laboratory examination of patient X blood following ion contents were found: Na+ - 145,20 mmol / l
K+ - 3,85 mmol / 1 Ca+ - 2,01 mmol / 1
The detected values were calculated by computer program and the results are shown on figure No. 2, where the calculated stress constant
Cs > Csp 37,7 > 36,0 confirms cancer disease and
the calculated carcinogenic constant
Cc > Ccu 18,76 > 13,2 confirms cancer disease as well.
For this selected X patient with cancer disease, compound ratios of therapeutic stuff compound were calculated under commercial name RESTIMOSOL (see figure No. 3) for the treatment of given condition.

AMENDED CLAIMS
[received by the International Bureau on 11 January 2000 (11.01.00); original claims 1-5 replaced by new claims 1-4 (3 pages)]
l.The origin causation of malignant proliferation and other illnesses, they result from stress load, share in misbalance of homeostasis equalized among others by endocrine system, vegetative nerve system, immune system itself in routine conception of status while products of individual systems influence each other in its mutual combination and in its final effect and resulting combination of individual factors influence ion levels in blood serum due to which will change ion concentration between extracellular and intracellular environment indicating that the change of electric potential on cellular walls will result also in change of their properties which will thus transfer nerve-impulse to the cell itself while blood becomes in fact general neurotransmitter with two possible extreme cases of behaviour of cellular wall which in one case colliquates and thus becomes more sensitive against extracellular environment, by colliquation is passed more ATP and cellular wall reacts on external influences by having more receptors, better works system Na, K, ATP pump with better accessibility of energy while in the latter case cellular wall gets into predenaturating condition, established electric potential on cellular wall stresses it more and channels for balancing concentration gradient are closed, cell has insufficient level of ATP due to malfunctionality, or limited functionality of Na,K,ATP pump and thus arises in cell energy crisis, cellular wall is in such mechanic and electric stress that not only it cannot pass ions and ATP, but it has also very limited reactions through cellular wall to extracellular space to which it becomes almost insensitive because it cannot react with its receptors on its environment and in paralel, due to change in getting energy - by destruction of mitochondria intracellular pH changes, such cell becomes carcinogenic and together with other factors participates in transformation to malignous cell.
2. Method of extracorporeal identification of malignant and other illnesses convenient mainly for identification of cancer in human organism according to claim 1 using levels of sodium, potassium and calcium ions in blood demonstrating that through laboratory analysis will be determined content of concentration of sodium (Na), potassium (K) and calcium (Ca) ions in blood of examined individual, whose mutual ratio determines at the same time level of those ions in intracellular spaces, while from ratios of content of ions of sodium (Na), potassium (K) will be calculated stress constant (Cs) where Mean value of Css, which from physiological scope of ions in the human organism is 32,26 where:
Css ± 10% indicates scope in healthy organism in ± 10% Css ± 20% indicates scope of virus - bacterial illness of organism in Css > + 20% indicates value of the organism attacked by cancer in Css > - 20% indicates value for allergic organism subsequently is evaluated from ratio of stress constant Cs and via analysis of determined content of calcium ions (Ca) in blood carcinogenic constant Ck whose: mean value Cks, from physiological scope of Ca ions is 13.44 while
Cks ± 10% Cks ± 20% indicates scope of virus-bacteraial illness in Cks > ± 20% indicates scope of organism susceptible to cancer in Cks > - 20% indicates scope of organism susceptible to allergy
